Before I write anything I must say we are maybe not the easiest customers and definitely don't like Chancellor's Head Office. But we think Portia Hester at Maidehead Branch is a talented, patient and highly competent agent. Probably she has never had such a lot of viewings with one customer than with us, but she always made sure we have plenty time and never urged us even it was her spare time. When problems occured during the buying process, she impartially stepped next to us, as our solicitor is always "on holidays". I must say, we maybe won't buy the property if the agent is not Portia.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with John during my rental property search in Maidenhead, and it was an absolute pleasure. From start to finish, John provided exceptional service and made the process of viewing a rental property an absolute breeze. From the moment I expressed interest in the property, John was incredibly responsive and promptly scheduled a viewing that fit my busy schedule perfectly. One if the example is that he scheduled a visit at 5:30 PM which is possibly his out of office hours. When we met for the viewing, I was impressed by John's professionalism. Throughout the viewing, John demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of the property, explaining all the details with utmost clarity and patience. He took the time to answer all of my questions and addressed any concerns I had related to the property. His expertise and transparency were truly commendable, making me feel confident in my decision-making process. Thanks to John's guidance and support, I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire process. It's rare to find someone who goes above and beyond to deliver such excellent customer service, and John truly exceeded all expectations. Chancellors should be proud to have John in their organization.

5 stars to Emma Benwell Executive Sales Manager. Emma has dedicated herself daily to make sure my conveyancing was moving forward. She phoned, emailed all parts involved in a daily basis and through her efforts my conveyancing was successfully completed. The other members of the team were not responsive and in some occasions even rude. If you have a conveyancing with Chancellors Maidenhead make sure Emma Benwell is involved in it.

EDIT: I would never hire Chancellors to manage any rental property ever again. They have terrible internal communication processes, meaning you will get the same question multiple times from multiple people, and they are also late in actioning requests. Furthermore, they take little care when sourcing suppliers to fix rental issues, meaning the quotes are usually 3 or 4 times the market rate. If you're looking for an agency that will offer smooth property management, Chancellors isn't it. Previous Review: John M has been meticulous in his management in getting my property rented and delivered on everything he promised on. He managed to secure the asking price in a short turnaround and was always on call when required. Very impressed with his attention to detail and service - would certainly recommend.
