From my first conversation with Shannon, I found her manner incredibly friendly and polite. Upon meeting her in person, I was struck by how genuinely lovely she is, friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly well-regarded by the gentleman whose property we were viewing. It was heartwarming to see the mutual respect between them. I returned for a second viewing with my mum, who isn’t so mobile these days, and it was immediately clear that she, too, took to Shannon straight away. I was genuinely touched when Shannon instinctively reached out to take my mum’s hand tm help her over a small step. That simple gesture spoke volumes about her character. Good property manager helps

Chancellors can sometimes be slow when dealing with maintenance requests from tenants, and sometimes require repeat chasing up. But having a good property manager really helps. I was dealing with Coco Robert-Squire who was efficient and proactive in sorting out my maintenance issues in the rented property, and got the issues resolved pretty quickly.

I received an DISGUSTING service from Portia in the office. I was looking to purchase a flat and she said I could make an offer Even-though the flat was under offer, and she then booked a viewing for me the next day. I called the office the next day to confirm the viewing and she said the "vendor" cancelled. She didn't even call me or email to cancel the appointment. I live 2 hours away and was preparing to leave and called the office just in case to just confirm the viewing but Portia's colleague Abbie said the appointment was cancelled. Abbie persisted that she spoke to me in the morning when i received absolutely no calls or emails from her or Portia. I had to keep calling the office to confirm the viewing. She then made excuses how Portia is busy and they don't have work phones. Very unprofessional and Poor service I expected better from a prestigious Estate Agents. Completely wasted my time.

Well, What can I say about Rakesh Jethwa. He has been an absolute star and amazing in his service, since giving an evaluation on my property right through to getting offers. He is so personable, makes you feel like family. He has helped in troubled tenants and advised and assisted in every eventuality. I would give him 6 Stars if I could. No doubt he will always assist any new vendors who want to put their property for sale. I would not have been were I am without his help. Before I write anything I must say we are maybe not the easiest customers and definitely don't like Chancellor's Head Office. But we think Portia Hester at Maidehead Branch is a talented, patient and highly competent agent. Probably she has never had such a lot of viewings with one customer than with us, but she always made sure we have plenty time and never urged us even it was her spare time. When problems occured during the buying process, she impartially stepped next to us, as our solicitor is always "on holidays". I must say, we maybe won't buy the property if the agent is not Portia.
