GooglePiers has been absolutely amazing! We started off not knowing what we were doing, but Piers was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Not only did he show us properties that we wanted, he went out of his way to find properties that would interest us and was extremely patient with us being a little lost! We’ve now started the process of renting our first property as students and it’s all thanks to his professionalism and help. 10/10 recommend both Martin and Co, and more specifically Piers!

GoogleThe worst agents. I have been following up about my deposit but they choose to ignore all my emails. Laura has been taking care of accounts and she’s literally ignored all my emails about the repayment of my deposit. This is what happens after the tenancy ends and you move somewhere else. They don’t really care. The worst experience so far in the UK as an international student.

GoogleI am happy with the letting agent Martin & Co. I needed an accommodation and I approached them,I had the opportunity to view more than two houses before making my Choice, it was quite prompt and detailed,and they have loads of houses and its kind to Let. The person that I contacted- Karl is such an amazing gentle man who is committed to his work, a good communicator and ready with answers to any questions,very smart.Karl made it interesting for me. I would say Martin & Co is the best letting agents I have seen since I came to this country and I would recommend them any day,anytime. I also noticed that they are trusted by people hence,they are everywhere.

GoogleWe applied for a rented property with Martin & Co and initially faced some hurdles with our tenancy agreement. Bonnie was then assigned to us and within a click of her fingers she brushed aside the issues with ease and made this process as hassle free and as easy as anyone could imagine. She was professional, polite, and simply wonderful when we were going through what is a notoriously stressful process of finding a new house. Bonnie had our tenancy agreement drawn up within a matter of hours and delivered all the information we needed concisely, and answered every question we could throw at her. We could not be more thankful to everyone at Martin & Co, especially Bonnie. GoogleThe people that really stood out for me were Steve and Bonnie. There was an issue with a tenancy which was very problematic and stressful to me however Steve came up with solutions straight away. In the mean time, Bonnie kept updating me and overall providing excellent customer service - updates on the previous tenancy and new listings. When Bonnie called me - I knew she came with answers. She really took a very worrying and problematic issue and solved it. Without Steve and Bonnie, I would’ve been in a pickle and be left unhappy. A HUGE thank you to Bonnie who did nothing but try their best to help me - you made me feel valued. Thank you to Steve for coming up with a solution to my issue.
