Today, I just secured a place that Alex showed me, and I must say, she never fails to amaze me! The process moved so quickly, which was a huge help in securing the room I wanted. This is my second time renting through Martin & Co, and on both occasions, Alex has demonstrated an outstanding level of professionalism and dedication, she truly takes the time to understand what you're looking for (budget, preferences, location, and more) and goes above and beyond to find the perfect match in the current market! In addition Martin & Co’s knowledge of renting out / letting properties for many years, rising to having one of the largest lists of managed properties in the City, Julian specialises in creating investment portfolios for clients, scouring property across the region. In my 22 years as an agent selling property in Winchester, Julian has bought a number of properties through me on behalf of his clients, and has always been a pleasure to deal with. In recent weeks, due to company restructuring, I found myself unexpectedly unemployed for the first time in 40 years of working. Julian has offered my the opportunity to work freelance as a consultant under his umbrella, marketing properties for sale. As a company, his team has been welcoming. As an individual, I can attest the Julian has been generous in thoughtfulness and kindness. In summary, my review is that I have had years of professional working with Martin and Co, and enjoyed that experience. I have now had personal experience of working with them, and can equally attest such.

I just had to write a great review, but also a very sincere THANK YOU to Steve and his letting team @ Martin and Co Winchester. My daughter and her university flat mates were looking for their first house share, Martin and Co had exactly the right house in the right area at the right time ! Steve helped my daughter and her fellow students with guidance and the extra little "extra" to assist on the decision to ensure all the students were sure and happy with the choice of accommodation. Steve showed kindness, respect and is extremely helpful, with super communication along with my ( as a distant mum ) much needed reassurance the accommodation was suitable. We have been tenants for the last 4 years with Martin and Co as the agent. We have had our share of "moments" with the very hands-on landlord but the support that, especially Sue, has provided us has meant that sanity has prevailed and common sense has ruled. Through Boiler breakdowns in winter to getting extractor fans fitted to mediation over gardening responsibilities, Sue has always made herself available and has kept up good contact to ensure that the last 4 years have been the best possible for us as tenants. Although we have now bought our own house and no longer require the services of a letting agent, I would be happy to recommend Martin and Co to prospective tenants. Thank you Sue.

I'm very happy with Martin & co. I wanted to view a flat that my husband and I have been waiting for a flat to go on the market for a while. As soon as it did I rung them. They managed to book me in to view on the same day of calling. 1 and half hours later I emailed Karl one of the agents at Winchester) saying we wanted it, he replied swiftly to get hold of the landlord and all in the same day we were accepted and our week's rent was put down. Karl was extremely swift and professional so thank you. As for actually renting with them I can not give an honest review as not moving in until end of January. But so far a happy client.
