So grateful to have had such a great and easy experience as students looking to rent for the first time. Everyone who helped us was so friendly and helpful, in particular Piers who arranged our viewings and constantly kept us up to date and informed - he was great! Now have a lovely house confirmed for next year - thanks so much!!

We've worked with Martin & Co for over four years. We've hugely appreciated their service - my sister and I were new to being landlords and the Director, Julian Bessey, took the time to help us understand the ropes. We have always felt like we have received a personal, high quality service from wider Martin and Co team too, and been well looked after by them. The team has always been responsive to our emails and requests. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Martin & Co Winchester. Steve was always available to answer my questions and so accommodating to my requests. He helped me find the perfect rental property and made the process as smooth as possible. I don't feel I would have been able to find a rental like we did and handle the process with anyone else. Highly recommend!

I have nothing but positive words to say about the level off of service I have received. In addition the help and assistance I have received from the team in the office has been completely invaluable as someone who is new to the student HMO market. I can completely understand why I was recommended them by one of their existing professional landlords. Martin & Co have been able to not only assist with finding the right property to not only suit my needs but also the needs of my future tenants. Ensuring I can bring a great product to the market. Even out of hours Julian has been able to assist not only with the branding advice but has also assisted with steering me through the pot holes that I have faced with the legislation associated with converting a HMO. I would have no trouble in recommending Julian and the team to any prospective investor and look forward to expanding my portfolio with him.

I would rate them higher than a 5 star if I could. Anna from Martin & Co, Winchester was very professional to deal with. She answered all questions promptly, arranged a video viewing as we couldn't see the property in person. I found the experience very easy and enjoyable especially as I was organizing the rental of the house from outside of the UK. Thank you.
