GoogleI would like to say how brilliant Sarah, Gary, Dylan have been letting our property out again, advertised on a Friday 3 viewings arranged by Saturday, property let out by Wednesday am, holding deposit paid & new tenants moving in on 15/09, we highly recommend Charters if your letting out a property.
Wonderful to hear Mike, they are market leaders for a reason, they are quick to respond and they love what they do!

GoogleCharters in Winchester really helped us in a sometimes stressful journey of finding our house. They sold our house quickly and then were very pro active in sending us through homes to consider and then view. We dealt with Jon Baud. He was really understanding and pro active. Sending us properties as soon as they can on the market. We saw many houses on with Charters and finally found our new home.

GoogleOur house purchase was a very rocky road with the chain collapsing 3 times. Nony was assigned to our somewhat special case and was instrumental in ensuring everything went as smoothly as possible the fourth time round. She has a vast amount of experience and knows the industry inside out. She’s proactive and knows how to keep everyone happy. Thanks Nony for all your help - we’re loving our new home!

GoogleAvoid taking their recommended solicitors, Dutton Gregory, if you're using Charters for a property transaction. Currently progressing a complaint with these cowboy conveyancers after 4 defects have been reported on the leasehold of a property I'm currently selling, which Dutton Gregory handled the purchase of back in 2019 and completely missed the issues or gave me wrong advice. The icing on the cake is their complaints procedure is just as poor as their conveyancing service.

GoogleOur main point of contact has been Sarah Bainbridge who has been very responsive and helpful with all our questions. On the whole the staff have all been very helpful when Sarah is not around. It seems they have a good system in finding who we are quickly and that helps with an accurate response.
