We have received an outstanding service when renting a property in the Richmond area through Pippa & the team.The real differentiating factor (compared to other lettings agents) is that from start to finish everything that we have agreed on have been respected throughout the whole renting process (removal of items from the property, cleaning standards, timeline, etc.). They have also been really responsive!They really do care about all of the tenants' needs which makes the service exceptional as a whole! Thank you very much for the great renting experience. Extremely happy with Chase Buchanan and how quickly and professionally they helped me to let out my home. I was nervous at first letting out the home that I have lived in for 25 years, but they made the whole process so easy and straight forward.Aiden and his team were always there to advise and talk me through everything, it was clear they wanted me to feel comfortable throughout and kept me up to date with potential tenants. Our property sales process proved to be a rather drawn-out affair, not because of Chase Buchanan but more due to a previous estate agents advice, which resulted in our decision to change to Chase Buchanan. If only we had appointed the Teddington team consisting of John, Rodney & Kim from the start. The team were very professional throughout, very patient and understanding of our needs. Great renewal experience. This is the first renewal through Chase Buchanan after having my existing tenant in the property for 1 year. Michelle from the Hampton Hill was extremely helpful ensuring a smooth renewal process with the existing tenant. Be extremely cautious when dealing with…

Be extremely cautious when dealing with this agency because they will cause you a lot of stress. They are not supportive of tenants and their problems; instead, they side with landlords and are reluctant to upset them. On the final day of our tenancy, they charged us for an entire day's rent, which I plan to report to the deposit protection scheme. They tried to charge us £500.00 plus for tea stains on a wall; we were accused of painting a wall and of the flat not being cleaned, which is not true. We left the flat clean, despite it being extremely poor and barely livable.

For two weeks I have been unable to…

For two weeks I have been unable to move into the flat I rented through Chase Buchanan. The property was handed over dirty and with furniture, despite the contract stating it would be clean and unfurnished. When I returned the keys, the agents tried to pressure me, saying I must still pay 12 months’ rent, and even demanded to write a letter confirming I had no claims before they are giving the keys back. Completely unprofessional, I would strongly advise avoiding this company.

Daniel Johns at the Richmond branch of Chase Buchanan has been outstanding through the whole process of the sale of our flat in Richmond. From the outset, Daniel has given very good advice starting with a realistic and evidenced based valuation which turned out to be spot on. He is a great communicator and very proactive, which was particularly needed as we had a series of difficulties with the communication between our lawyer and the buyer’s.
