After 40 years in the same house we were very glad to have the Wilmslow JF team's knowledge, experience and professionalism to help us through the process of selling. Very successful outcome, and very good communications throughout with Broghan and Richard. People tell us it's never great fun to sell a property, but it certainly helps to have confident guidance and support through the process.

This Estate Agent (Chorlton branch) allows gazumping after an offer has been accepted and buyer has agreed to proceed. They say they would allow this up to Exchange day! They do not give you the truth of the situation. I had to squeeze the information out of the sales director!! I would not trust this estate agent. Although gazumping is not illegal in the UK, it is completely unethical and professionally unacceptable!

This company participates in Tenancy Application Fraud by knowingly making false statements in the tenancy application without the knowledge or consent of the landlord. As a matter of unequivocal fact, Jordan Fishwick and HomeLet UK made false statements by claiming an applicant had a landlord when he did not. Claiming an applicant was a private tenant when he was not and accepting the same NI and Payroll number for the applicant as was provided for the financial referee and accepting the same mobile number for the applicant as was taken for the fake landlord all for the purpose of processing a Fraudulent Tenancy Application.This company also complied with instructions from HomeLet UK the referencing company who are supposed to be fighting Tenancy Application Fraud not to request proof of employment or proof of income from the applicant yet somehow an apparent payslip was uploaded to the Case Log when it did not even exist because a copy could not even be provided to the landlord after HomeLet UK said they gave it back to Jordan Fishwick while Jordan Fishwick insisted, they never received any payslip from the applicant. These two companies Jordan Fishwick are the facilitators of Tenancy application fraud and HomeLet UK were also complicit in accepting as the conditional proof of address an unauthorized NHS letter inviting the applicant to take part in a survey. When asked why this unauthorized document was accepted HomeLet and Jordan Fishwick said it was accepted because the applicant "didn't have anything else" so they did not refer it to their underwriters. So, there you have it, and this is just the tip of the iceberg to what these two agents did. The rental has since been severely damaged not to mention no rent has been paid for the last 6 months and because the tenant was allowed to make anticipatory breech of the AST by telling Jordan Fishwick and HomeLet that he planned to find a home in the Uk as well as abroad and this was not disclosed to the landlord, the Tenant hasn't been living in the property causing a pipe to burst causing tens of thousands of pounds worth of damage. Jordan Fishwick also tried to retrospectively change the terms the agreement (more fraud) to remove their obvious liability. The police are now involved because this tenant has apparently stolen furniture from the fully furnished rental. This case is going all the way to the civil and criminal courts and all those associated with protecting these fraudsters will be named and shamed in the process. If this is post is not genuine as it has previously been claimed, then I challenged Jordan Fishwick and HomeLet to sue me for defamation. I'll be taking a screenshot and copy of this post in case I have to repost it elsewhere.

First time buyer. Should have been easy but ended up being a very long, drawn out process. Had it not been for the Chorlton branch at Jordon Fishwick (Stuart for the first 5 months and Maura who took over during a difficult exchange & completion) I think we would have given up. We were guided and helped through to a successful conclusion! Would not hesitate in recommending this company.

GoogleI have used Jordan Fishwick to let a flat in the area. The process has gone smoothly and although a few teething problems when I first moved these have been dealt with very quickly and efficiently by Debbie and her team.

Just a nightmare, they treat tenants like pure dirt even though their staff definitely rent as well... It's laughable really but expected from a bunch of uneducated jobsworths - check the website to see the state of the type of people you have to deal with!

GoogleCritical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Not happy at all with this agency, trying to put an offer in to buy a property, they required information and I provided all the information needed, and in the end even they didn’t call me to say my offer has been rejected, as sb else has offered much more than me, but when asked how much more was the other offer, he refused to tell me, shame on these people working here, and really doesn’t recommend to anyone buying or selling from this guys! GoogleWe sold our house with Jordan Fishwick in Wilmslow. It was listed mid July 2021. We hoped to be able to complete the sale before the end of the Stamp Duty Holiday. They came to value our house, listed it and within around 2 weeks we had an offer at just under full asking price. Any question I emailed about, Chris always got back to me within a couple of hours with the answer. The communication was brilliant, always clear meaning we knew where we stood in the process. On the rare occasion he didn't have the answer, it was quickly found out and relayed to me. With out a doubt Jordan Fishwick have provided the best Estate agent experience for us, to date. We would not hesitate to use them again. To mention, we completed on Sept 27th!!! Great work all round.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

Inquiries about a property via Right-Move and was spammed with unsolicited marketing material from Jordan Fishwich.Emailed to state that a prospective client must provide confirmation of their subscription before receiving marketing material, as outlined by the ICO.Received blunt replies from the so-called director "Martin" that stated I agreed to Right Moves Terms of Use.I agreed although this does not cover them obtaining and using my information for such purposes. Had Right-Move emailed me directly, this would not have been an issue.Right Moves' terms of use clearly state that permission is not given to third-party companies to use this data for marketing purposes and site users have the option to opt-out of direct marketing.Martin Refused to acknowledge their breach of GDPR, so I have escalated my complaint to the attention of the ICO.I suggest they employ a compliance department to ensure they are adhering to data protection legislation.

Beware potential renters. On viewing a property, shown around by Debbie, she initially apologised for the state of the property explaining that the landlady was aware and that the property would be fully redecorated and professionally cleaned before I took possession. I moved into a house that had not been in any way decorated and I had to clean and clean, including cleaning the previous tenant's excrement from the toilet. Additionally the property was advertised as unfurnished but I was made to accept and store several items belonging to the owner.On trying to resolve issues later in the tenancy (not managed by Jordan Fishwick but by the owner), Debbie sided with the landlord and said that the condition of the house was perfectly acceptable.So beware that when you are viewing, especially if you are a first time renter in a desperate position as I was, the estate agents will say anything to get the property let.At the end of my tenancy, still getting emails from Jordan Fishwick about viewings, I wrote a very polite email to Debbie to explain I was no longer in residence - I got a very curt reply with no word of thanks.Very poor customer service with Debbie all round although every dealing I had with Jordan in the same team was very good (he just didn't really have anything much to do with my tenancy)

The Manchester branch of Jordan Fishwick deserve a special 5* review. I rented my flat in Manchester with them 2 years ago, and since having a bad experience with my previous agency, they have changed my opinion on estate agents! So professional, very affordable, would highly recommend. (Can't speak for any other Jordan Fishwick branches as I only have a property listed with the Manchester branch). Thank you to the team there, they make my life so much easier and less stressful.
