The agent, Tom, was extremely helpful in organising viewings speedily and at convenient times for us and communicating our offer to the seller. Throughout the process, Tom helped to move things forward, was clear and open, and was easy to contact. We are thankful to Tom and the Hale team and would recommend.

This company is quite frankly shockingly awful. Right from the start of the rent period, when furniture that was due to be removed wasn't and the house was filthy, to the end when they tried to keep my deposit and disputed for over 3 month. Now when go legal with the TDS Tenancy Deposit Scheme, is over 3 months so cant get my money back - they knew this from the beginning. This firm is one on the worst I have ever dealt with. They have no customer care ethic at all. Indeed their attitude is so bad would make a perect comedy sketch. I would avoid at all costs.

Absolute nightmare of a letting agency! Do not ever rent from them!! When we moved from America to England we were told by JF the home had been “cleaned”. We opened the door and you would have though they were filming an episode of Breaking Bad in the home!! It was like squatters we’re living there. Food all over kitchen cabinets, broken glass everywhere. Trash all in garage and paint cans left. Over the 7 years we had no heat for weeks at a time no hot water. Basically JF never responded quickly and the home owner didn’t respond quickly at all to urgent repairs. I would never list a home for sale or rent from Jordan Fishwick. We must have gone through 20 different property managers during 7 years!!! What does that say! Such a terrible overall experience and now they have home listed to rent again after we were told homeowner was selling the home! Slimy people!!! 😡😡

If could award 0 stars this would be a better option.Patronising Martin Moston - has no clue about property. Says he's speaks as he wishes.Taylor and Megan are rude arrogant and get this if you want to visit a property you need to provide funds etc.Seriously avoid this branch.

Compared with a number of other agencies we have rented with prior to and since renting with Jordan Fishwick, they are the only ones we have known to charge annual renewal fees (well over £100), made us wait up to three months before attending to necessary repairs (we went from March to June without a kitchen ceiling after it collapsed due to poor grouting in the bathroom) and stung us on our deposit (we were deducted due to their builders failing to remove bags of plaster from the garden, despite requests from us for them to remove it). We paid everything on time and kept the property in immaculate condition, ensuring we notified the agency immediately of any repairs that were required and were therefore shocked at being treated with such a lack of professionalism. Thankfully, we have since purchased a property through an excellent agency and do not have to rent and go through this again.

I can not recommend them enough!I recently sold a house through this agency and from viewings to exchange and completion, it has all been faultless on their part. Richard has always been at the end of the phone to get an update or answer any questions that I had. They are very professional and knowledgeable which helped the process go as smoothly as it did

Terrible underhand service. They took four weeks from taking my deposit to eventually telling me they wasn’t giving me the property. They wouldn’t give me my deposit back then they put it on the market for 2 1/2 thousand pounds more per annum. That seems almost illegal

DO NOT USE JORDAN FISHWICK! After a letting deal went sideways they said they would refund my admin fees (£528) but 6 weeks later and after a lot of chasing and being fobbed off I still don't have my money back. They seem to think that the card details they have don't match the card that I paid with even though the transaction is on my corresponding statement and I've shown them this. My family cant look to move because Jordan Fishwick are sat on such a large sum of our money that we had saved toward a move. The last conversation we had with the agents they said that they cant do anything until they get authorisation and they are on our side but I find it just typical that they are so quick to take your money but 'cant do anything' when it comes to giving it back.

horrible experience with them, I was referred to their agent to take out first time buyer mortgage, would not be of any help to move things forward, simply made seller change his mind about the sale over the fact that we simply were not familiar how the purchase work even though we had the money and everything in place,

GoogleThey have no respect whatsoever for their tenants. They break the law, send threatening letters, try to get as much money as humanly possible out of people at every given opportunity and at times when this is not actually legal. Their service itself is awful. They send documents full or errors or unfinished that cost vast amounts of money to the tenant. They will go into your property and send the backdated notification afterwards. They ignore all of your questions and attempts to contact them. Avoid at all cost, or get something in writing to prevent them from doing this to you at the time you choose to use this company. Sad that they treat people so poorly and have no respect for their tenants.

Very polite at first but if you don't agree to buy immediately the woman that rang me was very rude and when I asked to reschedule for another property viewing she was very stand offish and didn't seem bothered. She said she had done it and I also emailed them to confirm the time change. On the day of the other viewing the agent I had emailed to confirm the time rang me at the original time and asked were we were and why we were late. We were then greeted by a very blatantly annoyed woman who quickly showed us around a property that we actually put an offer in for and never heard back from them at all. Do not use them, very bad service, pushy and rude!!!

ALWAYS make sure you take pictures on the first day you move in and on the last day you leave.After suffering from dirt, mold, flooding, damp carpets and a dodgy boiler a couple of times a year, they tried to withhold our deposit 😂 They tried, but failed, and returned our deposit in full.Luckily we’ll never have to rent again and have now purchased our first house together.Do your homework, take your pictures.
