GoogleThe team were always on hand to help and communicated clearly with us throughout. It was a turbulent selling process with several last minute chain collapses but the team went out of their way to help us get our sale through and to buy our forever house. GoogleHad very poor dealings with this estate agent. During a sale we were regularly contacted, in an aggressive manner, for information that had already been passed on. Got the impression they didn't talk to each other or know where anything was up to. The younger members of the team were actually quite pleasant, however Guy, the manager was abrasive, rude and a bully. We suspect he had an undeclared interest. He seemed incredulous that we would want to carry out proper checks on the property (ex rental) before making the purchase. Tried dictating move dates to us and rush us into an unsafe property with a faulty boiler that was emitting high levels of carbon monoxide. They withheld previous gas safety certificates from us despite us asking to see them. Their technician then sent us historical certificates which we believe was done by mistake. Turns out they had rented the property for a long time without a gas check, which is illegal and dangerous. I believe an estate agent is supposed to facilitate a sale and make sure everything goes to plan. However they did quite the opposite. We were forced to walk away due to the way we'd been treated. They literally had one job. Would never go near Jordan Fishwick again and would advise others to do the same.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
Hi Phil I’m so sorry to read that you had a bad experience while trying to purchase your property with us. It is not our intention to ever create an atmosphere where you felt pressurized or we were aggressive. Quite the opposite, we try to work through every sale at a pace comfortable with both buyer and seller and try to treat the process as professionally and sensitively as possible. We did indeed rent the house out back in 2016 with a current gas certificate at that time. The property wasn’t managed by ourselves, therefore it was not our responsibility to maintain yearly gas checks, but the landlords. So if the certificates were out dated, it would be because that was what was provided to us by the vendor/landlord. I do hope that you have managed to find an alternate property and settle in well.

I want to give a special thanks to Maura who was always on hand to help and made what was quite a long and stressful sales process a lot easier for me.

Jordan Fishwick managed our property for 4+ years and while it was good to begin with and we had attentive service it quickly declined and we had incredibly poor service. They are very quick to request money from you and encourage you to sign a contract but they absolutely will not fix any maintenance problems, even if you complain multiple times. If you end up getting Stefan Bowers as your property manager then god help you because the man is about as useless as a chocolate teapot and will not reply to any of your emails. If he does reply to your email he is aggressive and completely illiterate - good luck. Avoid these estate agents at all cost.

I have to say from start to finish they were absolutely fantastic, in particular Reid. Thoroughly recommend using this company, excellent service. I contacted them to arrange a viewing to buy a flat. They asked for a mortgage in principle or proof of cash(?!?) just to book a viewing! - nonsense and unprofessionalMore importantly, the person on the phone was entirely rude, unprofessional, patronising and I honestly believe racist. To add to that they were also full of lies saying that all agencies need mortgage in principle to arrange a viewing. - I've personally had several viewings now and in the past without a decision in principle.Maybe they were having a bad day but honestly I would never trust this person and consequently the agency to handle such a transaction for me. If I were someone considering selling or letting with them, I'd stay clear. - hope this reaches people and the agency to improve their service.

GoogleThese guys are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very professional and ruthlessly efficient. They are very knowledgeable and clearly understand the local market. As a seller of a property I found that I could trust them implicitly, they were totally reliable and were very proactive in providing some very good advice. The whole process from listing to completion went without a hitch and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Oh, and they are a thoroughly nice bunch of people.

It was a very unprofessional agency. They refused to support my sister-in-law in informing the landlord about the damages in the house. They forced me to pay for one full year of rent for the lady. She has been so depressed and frustrated. The house has a leaking bathroom and a terrible basement. They refused to allow me to access the Landlord.
