GoogleVERY NEGATIVE!! They are rude and ignorant. treat u like an enemy and have a problem that u call them to ask about the property details or arrange viewing. If u have an empty flat to rent u are losing money, and u NEED tenants to pay the rent. But they REPEL u from using their agency. They have no idea about customer service! AVOID THEM!

Dear Michael Smith, I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our service however it was made very clear to you over the phone several times that we do not accept tenants in receipt of housing benefit, especially without any form of income from employment (you are unemployed), adverse credit history (you said you had a CCJ) and without a guarantor, you mentioned you also could not afford the deposit - Please explain to me in these circumstances why we are obliged to show you a flat? I am fairly confident that the staff here would have treated you with the utmost respect and far from being rude and ignorant. If you could remove these lies we would be grateful. GoogleVery grateful to Regal for being so proactive in flagging properties that they felt suited our needs, got it spot on twice, our fault we missed the first one, and very pleased with our flat now. GoogleIf ever you need a professional, friendly, reliable and straight-forward lettings company then Regal is the place to go. They have looked after us both since we walked into their offices 8 years ago. They were then and have stayed approachable and encouraging throughout the letting process time after time on our three flats.

GoogleRenting a house from Regal Estates was a wonderful experience. Especially working with Laura Straton, our property manager, as she was very efficient, clear, professional, helpful and polite. Even though we had some trouble with getting documents sorted she was patient with and gave us very quick responses. which made the whole application process run smoothly and less stressful. Having an agency as kind and supportive as regal made finding and moving into our new accommodation easy. A big thank you to the wonderful and lovely Regal Estates Team in Canterbury. Keep up the hard work and thank you for everything😊
