Ross White at Ellis & Co in Willesden provided an outstanding service at a competitive price, selling our property at over 98% of the asking price. We have tried before to sell our flat using other estate agents who lost interest when the property did not sell easily in the first month. Despite a couple of offers made in the first few weeks falling through, Ross maintained his interest and commitment to selling our property, arranging open house viewings on Saturdays. Ross kept us informed with regular e-mails and phone calls, and was always easy to contact and talk to. Coming to exchange of contracts, Ross continued to work on our behalf, speaking to solicitors and estate agents up and down the chain. We always felt Ross was fighting our corner and have recommended him to all our neighbours.

Myself and my fiancée had a very hard time over 2013 and early 2014 finding our dream first home with other Estate agencies and agents. We found it very difficult in dealing with Estate agents who were either not forthcoming with information or dishonest. Even though we put in the right offers our deals fell through many times with other agents.
Our luck changed when we met Ross at Ellis and Co. Ross was very honest and helpful from the outset. He understood our position (Newly engaged at the time) and what we required. He catered his attention to our needs and showed us properties that met our requirement. Ross was very knowledgeably about the area and was always forthcoming with information that needed our attention. Ross was always at the other end of the phone line when we needed him. (Day and Night in some cases).
He was also very efficient with and paperwork and communicating with all parties involved up the chain. We never had to chase him with regards to anything. Ross was very knowledgeable with regards to the process and helped make an otherwise complicated process very simple. Even when we had delays with solicitors Ross dug deep in and got any delays and issues resolved quick.
We would recommend Ross to anyone requiring the services of an agent.
We are sure to use his services and expertise in the future should we require it. :)

The purchase became quite complicated and there were several difficulties with the conveyancing.

I had a choice of Estate Agents I could of used to sell two properties for me, both were in need of work and both had tenants, it was however Damien who gave me the confidence that he could do the job. Damien has been extremely professional and has help me endlessly. He has been available throughout the whole experience, and has managed to secure both sales quickly and at the prices I was looking for. Damien has a very friendly and helpful approach and nothing is too much trouble to him. I have felt like I am in safe hands and know I made the right choice in choosing him, I would be confident to recommend him in the future. Damien goes the extra mile to make sure every effort is made to obtain the right price, he is also there to help with any problems along the way. This office were fantastic. I must admit, we were on the market with another agent at first but were very disatisfied with the level of service that we were receiving. We spoke to Damien who arranged an appointment immediately to see our property. He gave us some sound advice and pointed out where we were going wrong. We felt very confident in him and the office, so instructed them right away.
Through out the whole process, we were given feedback after every viewing. And Damien was always trying to come up with new ideas and different ways of trying make our property stand out. Eventually we agreed a sale which Damien negotiated on extremely well, achieving £25,000 more than the initial offer.
I would HIGHLY recommend this office as I know too well, they always provide a top service! Well done guys.

We sold our grandmother's house through Ellis in Willesden. There were several beneficiaries, most of us living outside the UK, and Sales Manager Damien Ellison and his colleague Peter were fantastic in every way, from finding a buyer, keeping us informed of the process, and being tremendously helpful. The sale got a bit complicated due to the Landlord but Damien stayed on top of everything for us, which we were so thankful for as we were not there.

I was recommended Ellis & Co (Willesden branch) by my mum's plumber who had a couple of properties with them and he said they were very good, so when I let my flat after getting married I contacted the Willesden Green branch and the manager came to view the property, even though it was slightly out of the area that they covered. I signed up with them straight away and suffice to say I have been with them coming up to six-and-a-half years and they are brilliant. The tenants are happy and well looked after by the agents, I have had no problems or issues at all, any repair/maintenance work is undertaken swiftly and professionally by the agents. Margaret Nolan has been fantastic and very helpful to deal with. I am at ease knowing that my property is in good hands, all the stress & worry of looking after tenants and a rental property has been taken from me. I would highly recommend Ellis & Co (Willesden) and very much hope to continue working with them in the years to come.
