I'm very disappointed to see that you have left us a 3 star review and feel this is very unfair on us. We allowed you to view with us and gave you the opportunity to offer along with explaining our process in this very fast moving market. After initial offers we ask for best and final offers of which 99% of the time exceed asking prices quite considerably due to huge to demand and lack of supply. We feel that this process is the fairest way to deal with the sale of a property in these current market conditions and many other agents are following the same process. My staff member Emma dealt with your offer in a very polite and professional manner and is also very disappointed with your comment. Unfortunately we just do not have enough properties for the amount of buyers out there at the minute so it's impossible to please everybody. If you are hoping to still purchase a property in this current climate then I'm sorry but you will have to get familiar with this process as any agent that is doing their job correctly and in the best interest of their client will be working in this way.
May I ask you to reconsider your review with all of the above in mind as we are a very hard working family business that take these issue's very seriously as we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service?

All of our referencing is done in house which can really speed up the process and means tenants get their keys quicker and landlords get shorter void periods.
