Hi Tina, it's Steve here. Im extremely dissapointed to read this review from yourself especially as we have done quite a bit of business in the past and you know that we are a good team here. I'd just like to comment on the issue's that you raised as I have just listened to your recorded call from the day of the enquiry. Firstly, no prices were quoted during your conversation with Angie on the call, so I'm not sure how this qualifies you to comment on our fee's of which I can assure you are very competetive.
Secondly, we did not say that we couldn't cope, we told you that we were extremely busy with our current lettings and were not taking any let only properties on at that time.
The above shows you that we care about our business and we will not overstretch ourselves just for the sake of new business. We pride ourselves on providing a top quality service to the highest possible standards and we are not afraid to turn away work if we feel that it could impact on what we already have ahead of us. We had an extremely busy December and were focused on getting our new tenants moved in to their new properties in time for the Christmas period.
