GoogleOur experience home-buying with L&S has been brilliant. The initial viewing was professional and friendly, and all of the interactions we have had with several members of staff since have always been a pleasure. Every email and phone call has been prompt, polite, and super helpful and we really feel that if we ever had any questions or needed any help, the agents were just a phone call away. Even after completion, we were able to call for further assistance that we just couldn't have done without. This team have made the stressful process of being a first-time buyer slightly less so just with all of their help and their warmth and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you :)

GoogleI rate them to be excellent, they have always helped me when I've been in need of somewhere to live.. I have had 2 properties with them and been very satisfied. I would recommend them to anybody who's looking for somewhere.. I would like to think if there was a property that they could consider my son and his girlfriend as they have been looking for over 12 months but it needs to be somewhere that let's them take a pet

GoogleWe completed our sale on 11th December 2020 through L & S Presteige Estates. Service was impeccable from start to finish. Steve came out to value the property, excellent photos taken the next day and the day after it had gone live, sold house in 2 days! This is the third house they have sold for us within our family. The staff are very efficient, the phone is answered straightaway and if you have to leave a message, it is always passed on and dealt with. They are cheaper than all other agents without compromising on quality of service, we have used other big agents in the past, but L&S outshine all of them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant team at L&S Prestige. A local establishment who’s knowledge of the local area and property market was invaluable. They presented me with a marketing strategy to get the best price for my house, and they did exactly that. The house sold within the first few days for an excellent price. They kept in touch with updates all the way, the even helped ‘lean’ on all solicitors when they (as they all do) decided to go on a go slow. I would recommend L&S Prestige 100% and if I were to ever move again they will be my estate agents of choice!!

Hi Mandy, As owner of L&S Prestige Estates Ltd I'm extremely disappointed to see your 2 star rating of our business. I've looked into your dealings with us and I can see correspondence between my staff and yourself advising you of how our lettings procedure works. Lettings properties are in very high demand at the minute and you have to be very quick to get a viewing these days, the property that you initially enquired about was let agreed as you were told and then the next property that you emailed about was already fully booked for viewings of which you were also told. We did advise you to try to call to enquire in the future as opposed to emailing as it does take a lot of time to get through the 100's of emails that we receive for each property and the properties often get fully booked. I can see from your google account that you have also left negative ratings for other agents similar to us. Please take into consideration the current market conditions before contributing such comments as these are damaging and mis-leading along with also being not correct in our case. We are a very hard working local family business, our reputation is very important to us and as you will see from our reviews that we provide a great service. Unfortunately you can't always get exactly what you want in life, that's just not the way the world works. If you are still looking to rent a property then I'd kindly ask you to take my comments into consideration as no agents will want to deal with a person that leaves negative reviews if they don't get their own way, it really isn't helpful at all. GooglePut offer in on property advised them we had open day this Saturday on our property which they asked us to keep them advised how it goes only to find out they had accepted another offer on other property and not bothered to advise us only found out as it disappeared from internet very unprofessional as we were not given chance to increase our offer etc we have now sold ours !
