Hi Rhys, Im extremely dissapointed to see that you have left us a 1 star review as we have done nothing wrong. We have searched to find out who you are and we've found that you're the partner of somebody that recently made an offer on one of our sales properties and was unfortunately unsuccessful. We had lots of interest in this property as your partner was well aware of, we even got her a separate viewing as she could'nt make the block viewing that was booked. We made your partner well aware of the process and that the property would be going to best and final offers. These were then put to the Vendor of the property along with purchasers positions and the Vendor then made the final decision of who they wanted to sell too. Unfortunately there are currently not enough properties on the market at this current time to be able to satisfy the local demand resulting in many prospective purchasers facing dissapointent, there is nothing that we can do as agents to change this! We have since contacted your partner and given her the heads up on another property that is coming available towards the end of this week, so we are actively engaging in order to try to help her in this difficult market. Could I please ask you to reconsider your review of our business of which we've worked extremely hard at to create a great reputation locally over the past 14 years. These unfair reviews can be very damaging to small local independent business's, I'm sure that you can appreciate this as our research to find you uncovered that you work for a similar local set up. However as I explained at the time we never recommend that an offer is made without the buyer viewing a property in person.
