The communication from Northwood has been fantastic right from arranging the fiest viewing to moving in. We cannot fault the aftercare one bit, everyone at Northwood has gone out of their way to ensure that every stage of the move was smooth, and have attended to necessary repairs the very same day. Northwood have managed my property under their guaranteed rent scheme for a number of years. Of course there is a premium to pay for using such a scheme but the peace of mind it has given me has been worth it. The team at Wigan are always very friendly and responsive and Steve in particular has given me good advice. I always felt that my property was being well looked after. Northwood Wigan have been invaluable through every step of my house move, from the initial consultations, valuations and photographs, handling the viewings and offer negotiations, right through to handing over the keys on moving day. All the staff have been professional and extremely helpful, from advising me on how to arrange my furniture for the best photographs, to chasing the solicitors and keeping everyone up to date on what is happening - at times even multiple phone calls in a day letting me know where we were up to and what was happening. No house move ever goes 100% smoothly but I'm glad I had Northwood there to help me. Nicola in particular has been a godsend, constantly going above and beyond to make sure everything kept moving and any issues were sorted as soon as possible. I can honestly say I would not have been able to do this without her! A big thank you also to Kim, Becka and Jade who were fantastic throughout. I would highly recommend Northwood Wigan to anyone looking to move house, they have been fantastic from start to finish!
