I just want to share my experience and thank Northwood Wigan for their assistance in selling my property. Trying to sell this from 3000 miles away (I now live in the USA) was a daunting task, but the Northwood Wigan team have been diligent, communicative, informative and dedicated in pushing this with the buyer and his solicitors to make it happen. I would like to make a special mention for Nicola. She is an absolute star, she has helped at every step, has proactively chased and kept me informed throughout. I don’t know what you pay her, but it’s not enough, she has been brilliant throughout! I know estate agents can get a tough time from the media, this is the opposite of my experience with Nicola and Northwood Wigan. You guys Rock!

I have been very happy with the team at Northwood, Wigan who acted for me in the sale of my house. Nicola in the office maintained clear, calm and timely communication throughout the process This was important to me as due to family illness I was away from home through most of the selling period. Jade who valued the house (and the only team member I actually met in person) made me feel confident it was ready to sell. I'm sorry I don't know the names of the various staff who accompanied prospective buyers to the house, but I always found it as I left it when I returned home. I would be happy to recommend the Wigan staff to other prospective sellers and say it was a totally different experience from the last time I sold a house twelve years ago. Thank you ladies!

Excellent, amazing, service from Nicola Winnard and the team at Northwood Wigan! We were selling our property and selected Northwood Wigan as a 2nd agent as the house had not had many viewings. It sold within weeks with Nicolas relentless marketing and then we just had the easy task of moving into our new build which was four months away. Nearer to the move date our buyers suddenly came across an issue with their move and we must have been on the phone with Nic at least once a day. The rapport she had with us was fantastic - at no point did she lose her faith that the sale would go through and she kept us positive and assured by her professional approach to the sale. I would highly recommend Northwood Wigan over any agent I have previously used, they were amazing!

We have received a marvellous service from the Northwood team. Two years ago we sadly experienced a close family bereavement. We reside in the South East. The Northwood team were amazing they helped us clear the house and refurbish it, using their own contractors all of whom were excellent and very reasonably priced. Northwood then found an excellent tenant for an 18 month period. We decided to sell the property earlier this year which they sold within hours of it hitting the market. The sales service was extremely efficient. The whole experience from mid 2021 until today couldn't have gone better. Even if we had lived within the Wigan area I very much doubt we could have achieved what we have. I would recommend Northwood to anyone whether to rent or sell property. Finally, they are all extremely nice and kind, people you can rely upon.

I would strongly advice anybody from using this letting agency. They put my rent up 3 x in 18 months by £175 WITHOUT the landlord knowing who is actually disgusted with them herself . Because of this I've handed in my months notice and Northwood are trying every trick in the book not to refund my rent owed and deposit. Do not rent from northwood
