Would definitely recommend breakey and co if you are selling a property, we sold two houses with them and they where fantastic, Ella was lovely who helped and sorted everything out, the owner of the business who came out to value the houses was so nice, when you went into the office they all was so welcoming. From January 2021 I was trying to buy two houses in Wigan and was in contact with many agencies. It was busy time for all of them. Eventually I found one of the houses with Breakey &Co. The purchase was completed on 31st of July. What was impressive is that the owner Louise Breakey even attended initially on a Sunday morning to speak with me about her company and their services and answered any questions I had.
