Having dealt with Breaky and co several times now, both as a buyer and seller, I can honestly say that they really are a great company to deal with, as they are extremely well organised. Dedicated account handlers help to smooth the process, Stacey and Hannah were really helpful , as was Charlotte, when it came to advice about selling . If by chance our account handler was not available, any other member of the team was able to tell us exactly where we were up to , as there were always notes on the system. We used Breakey & Co Estate Agents for the first time to sell one of our tenanted properties. The team at Breakey found numerous buyers for our house at a very good price. The completion was very slow but that was down to the buyers solicitor and the high demand on the housing market. Jenny was particularly helpful, telephoning every week to keep us in the loop and also keeping in touch with the buyer to jog her along. Breaky & Co staff are very friendly and they did a great job in making our long distance move as stress free as possible. Jenny was great in outlining the steps we needed to take and kept the ball rolling despite a couple of hiccups with the goodlord lettings platform (which is out of Breakey's control). The only negative is the goodlord lettings platform that many agents use these days, they made mistakes when processing our references which delayed our move in date slightly and whenever we rang goodlord they didn't seem competent or up to date with the process which didn't fill us with much confidence at times. If everything went through Breakey, this would be an easy 5 stars because their customer service is excellent and we would absolutely reccomend them. Thanks again Jenny!

(I don't usually like to leave bad reviews) But the Management team, service are absolutely shocking, id be more than happy to leave 0 star's, but unfortunately there is No opportunity to place.. I'm a first time buyer, I have a 20% deposit, Mortgage agreement in principle Approved and ready to move, so there's really no hassle from my side. I was looking at buying. 481 Ormskirk Road (which got cancelled 40 minutes before viewing).And then when I arranged to make another viewing, I received no email or confirmation, so as I've phoned to ask, they then couldn't occupy a time I wanted, so I cancelled 481.. 367 Ormskirk Road, (had been cancelled, 40 minutes before) arranged another viewing 1/7/22 in which Jonathan was late,but finally showed up. Had a look around, told him I do like this house and that I'll be making an offer. Arranged a viewing for Sat 9/7/22 as my wife's a teacher and that's the only time we could get, as they could not accommodate us through the week. Then received a phone call 5/7/22the vendor has accepted a offer and it's no longer available. I spoken to Charlotte and asked that you could of at least told us a offer had been made so we could of counteract the offer as we was willing to pay full asking price and more if a bidding war was placed. Charlotte then said the family had spoken to seller and told him to take the offer.. Even tho we said we was going to buy. 22 coronation Street.. We are still waiting for a viewing over 4weeks have passed.. And to be completely honest, we have now decided that we will NEVER deal with Breaky&co again. Something is seriously suspicious with what's going on, and by NOW reading the 1 star reviews I can now understand why..
