Where do I start. When selling and buying a house it's long and stressful job but Katie and the rest of the staff at breakey were brilliant always answered the phone always there to help . We sold our house though them and it was done so well .When looking for our new house OMG it was hard work lots of agents don't pick up the phone or get back to you at all (not what you want) . If your looking to buy or sell then 🛑 STOP and just call breakey you won't be disappointed. Thank you so much hope you enjoyed the muffins 😊

Unfortunately, my experience with Breakey and Co was very disappointing. I made an offer to purchase a property that was £5000 higher than the asking price listed in the advertisement, and I was prepared to pay in cash, which I believed to be a significant advantage. However, my offer was rejected, and the agency informed me that they had chosen another offer. To make matters worse, I was not told which offer had been accepted, nor was I given the opportunity to increase my bid. I also have strong doubts that my offer was even presented to the seller. Based on my experience, I suspect that the agency may have been selling the property to individuals they had already pre-determined, which leaves me feeling like the process was not fair or transparent. Later on, I found out that the property was sold for a lower price than my offer, which was a huge surprise and left me feeling completely disregarded. The whole situation made me feel treated very unprofessionally and disrespectfully. I certainly cannot recommend this agency to anyone looking for transparency and respect during the property purchase process.

What a huge difference, since switching estate agents to Breakey & Co, it made to selling my property both quickly and smoothly!! It has been an absolute pleasure in dealing with the team from start to finish :) I was delighted to hear it is an all women office, but the level of professionalism, courtesy and efficiency, from ALL the team when dealing with me, shows it is a team that works together like a happy family. Carrie is outstanding! She is professional, friendly and tenacious, with excellent communication skills which meant I was informed throughout this whole process. I felt I was consulted quickly and effectively and she kept me up-to-date continuously; no matter what the query or question. The advice given was succinct and relevant. I always felt it was a consultative approach, regarding matters to rethinking the strategies for selling; which lead to a sale going through within around 8 weeks to completion. I couldn't be more appreciative!! She also has a wicked sense of humour and that definitely helps when you go through this stressful process; she kept me smiling and it was all done smoothly! I would commend all the staff I had contact with, as they each tried to deal with any concerns as they arose or passed messages to Carrie, so that she could respond in a timely and efficient manner. My brochure was beautiful, the photos gorgeous, the communication effective and the sale swift :) I was very happy in all my dealings with Breakey and can thoroughly recommend their services. What an amazing office of people, who really go that extra step to ensuring you get what you want!

Excellent company. Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. Everything is explained in great detail upon move in and applications. Very truthful on the property and no overselling and very genuine. Have been with Breakey and co for nearly 2 years now and have had a few issues with our property but Breakey and Co are straight on it with trying to solve these. Can’t fault the service at all. The only reason I have given them 4 stars is they need an emergency out of hours line. This is my only pick. It’s something that needs to be addressed as things can go wrong that need immediate attention and you can’t get this. Overall though brilliant company. Would highly, highly recommend!!! I would highly recommend Breakey and Co to anyone as we started to use Breakey 3 1/2 years ago when Louise first set the company up. Louise started to rent our house and it was rented after 1 day of advertising. Throughout the 3 years of renting it, everything went well with Breakey, as they was always helpful to us and the tenants If any problems arise. Then we decided to sell the property and Breakey was the only estate agents who I had full trust in and I was correct, as they sold it within 2 weeks of advertising, again it all went smoothly and Emma in sales really knows all about selling property’s as her knowledge and keeping in touch with ourselves / buyers was excellent service. Thank you Louise and Emma for helping us with our property over the last 3 years and I would certainly be in touch if we need you in the future.

Breakey (in particular Carrie) have been fantastic - had a very long delay in moving house due to first chain collapsing and delays moving in to a new build. After the first chain collapsed and our buyers pulled out, they had the property on Rightmove etc within an hour or so and sold again 2 days later. Breakey chased the solicitor(s) every week on my behalf for the second purchase so that contracts could be exchanged. Reasonably priced for the service they offer. Would highly recommend.

I am in the midst of purchasing a property and cannot recommend Breaky & Co enough, all the staff are great, however I cannot thank Emma enough for putting my mind at ease in all this buying/selling process. I have had a stressful 18mths going through a horrible divorce and then to go through the stress of this too. She's been able to speak to everyone involved in the whole process. I've struggled to get any information from my solicitor but Emma has a magic about her and gets all the information we need. Shes put up with my numerous phone calls stressing and breaking down like an idiot and I always come off the telephone feeling a sense of relief. My purchase isn't final yet, however I feel with all of Emma's hard work it'll happen very soon. I will always recommend this company to buy/sell i can't recommend them enough. I didn't sell through Breakey, but the house I purchased was and they were fantastic, Alison was brilliant! loads of updates, replied to my correspondence in quick time, heard more from her than I did my estate agents! I was told by others that once the house is sold, then you'll be lucky to ever hear from your estate agents and they were part right, Alison proved that not all estate agents are like that and was there till the end and helped make it really easy.

It's going to be a long review as I feel I need to share the whole experience I've had with everyone at breakey and co. We originally put our house up for sale with another agent, we wasn't happy with them and they'd unknowing trapped us into a 12 week contract. I fist rang breakey and co as they had a house we were interested in I spoke to Emma and told her our situation and she couldn't do enough to help us out even knowing our house was marketed and stuck with another agent for a period of time, I've rang/mithered these ladies at least 3 times a week for many weeks nothing was ever to much trouble for them they helped us out and guided us until our term was up with the other agents and we could finally swap. When marketed by breakey and co we had constant updates, amazing pictures and a friendly service throughout! They sold our house within no time (something the other agents couldn't do as they wasn't very good at checking chains) once sold we had numerous problems with buyers solicitors and our vendor and all I can say is thank god for Emma! She kept everyone calm day in day out reassuring everyone, contacting people, keeping everyone informed. She really had been a god send! If it wasn't for Emma and all the girls at breakey I honestly feel non of the move would have happened. our buyer was in constant contact with Emma too as she was much more helpful than anyone else in the chain including her own estate agents. I can't thank you all enough for everything you've done and keeping my stress levels down! 😂 So friendly and lovely I would recommend to everyone!
