An estate agent demonstrating excellent customer communication and a vast wealth of knowledge and guidance. I would recommend Breakey&co for any future house dealings. From the very first meeting with Louise and all my questions answered, the support from Abby has been excellent. Thank you very much.

It's going to be a long review as I feel I need to share the whole experience I've had with everyone at breakey and co. We originally put our house up for sale with another agent, we wasn't happy with them and they'd unknowing trapped us into a 12 week contract. I fist rang breakey and co as they had a house we were interested in I spoke to Emma and told her our situation and she couldn't do enough to help us out even knowing our house was marketed and stuck with another agent for a period of time, I've rang/mithered these ladies at least 3 times a week for many weeks nothing was ever to much trouble for them they helped us out and guided us until our term was up with the other agents and we could finally swap. When marketed by breakey and co we had constant updates, amazing pictures and a friendly service throughout! They sold our house within no time (something the other agents couldn't do as they wasn't very good at checking chains) once sold we had numerous problems with buyers solicitors and our vendor and all I can say is thank god for Emma! She kept everyone calm day in day out reassuring everyone, contacting people, keeping everyone informed. She really had been a god send! If it wasn't for Emma and all the girls at breakey I honestly feel non of the move would have happened. our buyer was in constant contact with Emma too as she was much more helpful than anyone else in the chain including her own estate agents. I can't thank you all enough for everything you've done and keeping my stress levels down! 😂 So friendly and lovely I would recommend to everyone!

Great experience of using Breakey & Co from start to finish. The valuation was spot on and all the staff I dealt with were nothing but professional. They also played a vital role in chaperoning the process even after the sale had been agreed all the way through to completion (following up with solicitors, brokers, etc). This is invaluable because there are many parts of the process and ensured the sale didn’t drag on for longer than necessary. There are many agents in Wigan and the surrounding towns and villages. However, I have no hesitation in recommending Breakey & Co to anybody looking to sell or buy property in the area.

From the very start, right through to the end of the sale of my property, Louise, Emma and the rest of the team were brilliant. We were kept updated with any feedback from potential buyers and interest on the web listing. Any questions or concerns I had were dealt with and responded to in no time at all. The whole experience was hassle free and was handled in a professional and friendly manner. Thanks again for all your help along the way, I would certainly recommend Breaky & Co to anyone who is looking to sell their property.

Me and my wife bought our first house in November 2016 through Breakey and Co at Wigan. Having no experience in the process was all rather daunting but the guys at Breakey and Co were fantastic (especially Emma who we dealt mostly with). We had quite a-bit of trouble getting responses, answers and advice from our OWN solicitors but Emma followed them up and advised us best she could herself! In the end we got more help from Breakey and Co than we did from our own solicitors whom we were actually paying!!! Highly recommend this company, they add a relaxed friendly atmosphere to what should be a highly stressful process!!! Thanks Guys!!!

Me and my wife had a great experience with Breaky and Co. Louise, Emma and Suzie were fantastic, always available to answer any of our questions, very knowledgeable and professional and great at getting in touch with solicitors when we struggled to contact them ourselves. They regularly contacted us with updates and reassured us every step of the way. On the whole they tried to make the whole process as stress free as possible. We definitely recommend using Breaky and Co.

I have dealt with a number of estate agents in the past and none compare to the high standard of customer service provided by all staff at Breakey & Co. From the minute my house was valued I felt in good hands. My house sold in ONE day! And we moved into our new home sharpish. I would definitely recommend Breakey & Co and would like to thank all the staff especially Emma for all your help.
