They have been professional and helpful since day 1 which is in stark contrast to my experience with another local estate agent who gave no help or advise and hassled me when Breakeys sold the house. GoogleCannot recommend Breakey & Co highly enough. House on the market in 48 hrs, sold 2 weeks later. Staff are excellent, nothing is too much trouble, always on hand for advice and just to listen to any worries you have. If you are thinking of moving in the Wigan area they are the only people to use! Excellent, thank you Carrie, Louise, Susie and Alison :)

GoogleI would like to say that ella and especially mille have been flawless thought out with me and my partner with us moving home... as first time buyers aswell they constantly update us and support us though out the process , the communication with them both and help me and my partner with are needs and reassuring us there are they to help as much as they can.. millie and ella are both a credit to the company and again me and my partner can not thank you both enough for everything you have done for us and continuing, ella and mille going above and beyond.

GoogleAfter accepting my offer on a property and me sending all documents in promptly I received a phone call within two days asking for my best and final offer as I had been outbid.Fobbed me off when I asked about the lease length on the property stating my solicitor would find this out.Wouldn’t ever approach this estate agent again to sell or buy a house as they facilitate unethical practices i.e gazumping and it seems they are all about making the most commission possible.DON’T USE!

GoogleCharlotte came to value our property and was so professional, knowledgable and friendly, and talked us through everything thoroughly and the next steps. Lisa House (aptly named!) came to take our photos and helped us to stage the house in the best possible light using a fantastic new technology which creates the floor plan and a virtual tour. I have every faith in Breakey and we wouldn't use anyone else. The board was up the same day as the photographs. Fantastic service.
