GoogleJust completed a house purchase through Breakey and Co, and have nothing negative to say - I asked to view the house a number of times throughout the buying process, and they were always obliging. Everyone I met from their team was friendly and helpful. It was easy to get in touch with them, and their communication was great - they kept me updated, and found out any information I needed from the seller, etc. Would certainly recommend them.
Thanks for this we really appreciate your words

GoogleWe operate a landlord business around the North West and have been using Breakey & Co now for a number of years. I've found them to be ultra-efficient, very professional, courteous and generally really great to work with. We decided a little while ago to work with them exclusively in the Wigan area for all of our rentals, as they have always found us excellent tenants in super-quick time. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a top drawer lettings and management agent, or for any tenants looking for a quick and efficient process in finding a property to rent.
Thank you so much for your review Edward we really appreciate it and look forward to a long relationship
