GoogleFrom a first-time buyer's standpoint, my experience with Breakey & Co has been such that I refuse to use them again even though I'm yet to buy a house. There are other estate agencies out there that treat everyone equally - sellers and buyers alike because both sides are equally important when it comes to the selling of a property. It’s a lack of respect that I was kept in the dark for a week after placing an offer on a house last Tuesday, to then be told (very abruptly) today that the vendor went with another offer, very strange considering that 2 hours before this, someone in the agency confirmed that the seller may not even know about our best and final offer as they were only advised of it in a voicemail.

Hi Anca, firstly, I am sorry you feel as though you haven't been treated fairly with your offer. I have looked into this and I can see there were a few offers on this property. We did try to contact you regarding this, but we didn't hear back. I understand this is the second property you have missed out on with ourselves, unfortunately, we do have to take the vendors lead with offers they wish to accept. Please don't lose faith in Breakey & Co. Good luck with your property search.

GoogleI don't believe in any of the reviews below, all they are their family and friends. Breakey and Co is the most bad estate agent. They put a property for sale which is not actually available for sale, just to make the people call them and to get peoples details. They dont actually understand bussines, they are highly unprofessional, disgusting 🤢 and intimidating. If they even offer me a suitable property %30 below market price I will refuse as they are not professional and I will get mentally sick.

GoogleIt's our first time to ever rent a property. We were unsure what we needed to do and lead blindly around, then a phone call to Amy at Breakey and Co - and all our worries were over. What a professional team of people. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them and they put up with my constant telephone calls, always maintaining a professional approach answering my questions and solving any little issues. GoogleGreat service from start to finish. Good advice on initially starting the process and this continued throughout.. Calls returned promptly. Good communication at every stage. A sale fell through (due to the buyer pulling out), but they talked us through the process and helped us get a good price for the property. The fees worked out as 0.75% of the sale price + VAT
