I was extremely impressed with how Breakey & Co handled the sale of my property. From the very first contact with them they were efficient and professional. I had a meeting with someone the next day who came to my house to discuss different sale options, and once we agreed on everything my 'FOR SALE' post was up the very next day, and pictures advertising online in less than a week. Once my property was up for sale I had a phone call for a viewing within an hour of it going live, and sold my house STC 3 days later. Their fees are very good for the service they offer and they are very good at negotiating to make sure you're happy with the sale price. Throughout the whole process I was kept updated along the way, and everyone I came into contact with at Breakey & Co were extremely friendly and helpful. I would 1000% use them again if I were to sell another property, and I've already recommended them to multiple friends and family. Thank you Breakey & Co for my making my first sale experience an easy and care-free one.

Avoid! Tried to put an offer in on a house at the end of 2017, we got told that the vendor would not sell the house to us as our current house wasn't sold. Fast forward 6 months the house was back on the market with a different estate agent, we spoke to the vendor again and she had no idea that we had even put an offer in on said house (through breakey) Obviously they were thinking about the quick sales and quick buck! Avoid!!!

Sold our property within 18 hrs of marketing it with Breakey & Co, from start to finish you have a dedicated team who are driven to exceed all expectations! With my sale the only dissappointment was a 15 week completion period and this was all down to other estate agents further down the chain who don't work as hard to get things done, I'm that impressed I've placed my 2nd property for sale with Breakey and yet again they've delivered with 10 viewings, 3 offers and a sale within 6 days.........what more could you ask for??? #theonlyestateagenttouse!!

Breakey & Co Estate Agents staff were good because: After sales service was excellent and we felt that we were kept in the loop throughout the stages, Breakey had a robust timescale tracking system that monitored the stages of sale and purchase and they were on top of the delays, contacting all relevant stakeholders to keep things moving. Can't remember having this type of service (after the sale) from any other estate agent ever before - and I have moved several times! Phone calls were always answered and if you couldn't speak to a particular person at that time - they always got back to you. The price was excellent value for money and would definitely recommend.

Got to say Breakey and Co are the best Estate agents I've dealt with. They were faultless from start to finish. They came out to give us a valuation and to tell us how they go about selling our property, what we can get for our property and how quickly it would sell. I’ve recently moved home, having sold my house with Breakey & Co. I have sold several houses previously and can honestly say Breakey are the best estate agents I’ve used. I found their fees to be the cheapest around. louise knows her market and my valuation was spot on. I had numerous viewings lined up before it even went up for sale and sold the house on the first viewing. I found all the team to be very friendly and helpful and communication was fantastic. Very professional. Really good at chasing stuff up. Also, all house sales have curved balls and they are great at navigating them. Cheaper competitors are often a bit lax when it comes to chasing stuff up, and their advice when dealing with curved balls is limited, which leaves the ball in your court to try and sort. Will use again. Thank you.PositiveProfessionalism
