GoogleThanks to all the team at Breakey & Co for their efforts in securing a sale for our property. Communication was always excellent, with feedback from viewers provided promptly. Once a buyer was found and the sale proceeded, they kept chasing things for us, especially when the buyer's solicitor delayed things unnecessarily. Thank you again.

Not recommended to any one renting as they love to take the application fee of people and also let some one else apply for the same house then let you know that you have not got the house and keep you hard earned money and let it go to someone else . Avoid like the plague

GoogleNot very professional or reliable. Had arranged a view to a property on sell with them. I traveled 270 miles to view the property, when arrived at property nobody was there so I call them and they said that they had emailed me with confirmation of the appointment for the day before they actually arranged with me. After investigating it turns out that they’ve sent the confirmation to an email that I never used in my life.

GoogleVery disappointed waited 6 months to try and complete a sale very slow in getting answers from vendors to queries day we cancelled our offer property relisted 5k higher than when we agreed our purchase fortunately for us found better property at cheaper price

Vendors are finding it difficult to find properties that they want and this is having a negative impact on buyers like yourself. The reason for the price increase it to keep the value in line with the current market value. GoogleLouise Breakey was fantastic. She valued our property and advised she could sell it within two weeks. She was true to her word and our property was sold in under 2 weeks for more than it was on the market for. The whole process was completed swiftly and I couldn't recommend Breakey and Co highly enough.

GoogleI don’t even know from where to start with. Long story short First of all , we been told that our offer been accepted in the same day we have sent all the docs they have required. Within 2 day been reach bk by them telling us that house has been sold . I was shocked what the hack happened when ?! Their answer was that they have called me plenty of time which isn’t true i didn’t received any voicemail or missed calls (i don’t even got an reply on my email) . I was so upset to find out the house has been sold even tho our offer has been accepted!!! So disappointed !!!NegativeProfessionalism

We sold our property within 24 hours of it going live on Rightmove and purchased our new home right away. Having used 2 of Wigan's longest serving estate agents, this service was by far the best we have ever had.
