I have just recently sold my property with Breakey and Co - can only praise them from beginning to end as I had no experience in selling a house. Carrie was brilliant at the very start from valuation and explained everything in the selling process. Once I decided to put my house up for sale, Sasha was the account manager and she was amazing, answering any questions I had and explaining everything that was happening. Each time I telephoned about a query, Sasha or another member of the team, was able to find out the answer for me. Nothing was too much trouble, they even did the house viewings for me and relayed any feedback from the potential buyers within hours of them viewing the property. When the house sold, Sasha supported me through the process of what came next right up to handing over the keys to the new owner. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Breakey and Co to anyone selling or buying a house. Their attention to the little details that I wouldn't even have known about are second to none. Dear Breakey & Co Estate Agents, Please accept my apologies for the delay in leaving this review, we have been extremely busy settling into our new home. For anyone looking for an estate agent, look no further. Breakey & Co Estate Agents are simply the best. Their prices are very competitive and, in fact, much cheaper than many other local agents. We used Breakey & Co for the sale of our house and this was our first time doing so. Our journey ended up being a long one due to a complicated chain, taking almost nine months in total. From the very beginning, we felt well looked after. Communication was excellent throughout, we were always kept informed, and our emails were responded to quickly and efficiently. Our account manager, Katie Charnock, supported us from the point our offer was accepted right through to completion. I cannot thank her enough. She truly gets the job done. At one point, we were very worried about losing our buyers due to the length of the chain, but Katie stepped in, worked tirelessly, and managed to get things moving. Thanks to her efforts, all parties eventually agreed on a completion date, and we collected our keys just a week before Christmas. Thanks to Katie and the entire Breakey & Co team, we had a wonderful Christmas, and many more to come in our new home. A big thanks to Abbie Finch who was very polite, efficient and professional and kept us informed of developments throughout the process of selling our house. We really appreciated the email and telephone call once we had completed the sale of our property. Selling a house is often regarded as one of life's most stressful experiences, but we are grateful that we had an estate agent that made the process less daunting and chaotic. Thank you to Katie Charnock and all at Breakey & Co. We were kept informed of all developments and treated with consideration at every stage, from the initial valuation, by Carrie Rudd, who showed far more enthusiasm about our house and spent much longer explaining the process than rival estate agents, right through to completion. Most importantly, there was always a friendly and supportive voice at the other end of the phone. This was hugely reassuring during moments of uncertainty and anxiety. In terms of efficiency, we could not have asked for more. We had 8 viewings and received 5 offers within 3 days of the house being put on the market, and it was Sold STC on the fourth. Katie Charnock was our account manager when we recently sold our house. She kept us updated constantly with any updates or queries. She was always helpful and if she wasn’t available she would always get back to us as soon as possible. I am very pleased we chose Breakey & Co they have been great from start to finish and kept the promises made when Charlotte first came to do the valuation. We had 10 views on the first date and accepted an offer within a week. Another good point was that all the office staff were very helpful. Recently sold our home via Breakey & Co, have to say from start to finish the management was superb. Always and clear and helpful with any questions (I ask a lot of them). After experiencing a couple of issues with the property we had to pop the sale on hold and Sasha M who managed our property from the start was so understanding and helpful.
