We had a great experience of purchasing our first property with Breakey & Co. We had a number of property viewings with their friendly team before finding the one for us and having our offer accepted. From the start of the process right through to completion, all the team have been so helpful. A special thank you to Abbie for all her help and professionalism, especially with it being our first time buying there were certain aspects we were unsure about. We had a few issues with solicitors and Abbie assisted in chasing this up to get the completion over the line. The gift you receive upon collecting keys is such a lovely touch. Couldn't really ask for more from an estate agent. An excellent first visit by Charlotte (who also made regular, welcome, contact during the sales period) followed by great support from Katie Charnock and Rebbeca Ainscough. The marketing of the property (i.e. photos, flythroughs and room plans) was really excellent and I'm sure that this helped massively in procurring a sale for our house within 5 weeks (even at a difficult time of the year to sell). We have recently dealt with Breakey during the process of buying our new home. Katie from the get go was absolutely fantastic at keeping us up to date with what was going on. Towards the end of the process things became stressful (no fault of Breakey) but Katie was amazing with us yet again. Sending various emails to solicitors and making numerous phone calls, she was so understanding and did everything she could to sort what was going on our for us when others were simply not. Iv used Breaky and co twice now too sell properties, this last time MILLIE ARCHER was my administrator, cant thank Millie enough, this was a long sales process, Millie was great, even when i was hot under the coller with steam coming out my ears, Millie was there too talk sence too me, i called the office on many many occasions, and everyone i spoke too knew there job inside out, always polite, always helpful, my house was only on the market a short space of time, as breaky and co and millie know the market so well, know where to advertise for the best results, if i ever sold again, i wouldnt need too look anywhere else, id be visiting breaky and co.

We have just sold my Mother-in-law’s house through Breakeys Estate Agent and have dealt with Millie Archer. The service that Millie has provided us with has been exceptional and extremely professional. She has updated us of all progress and touched base with us all the time sometimes 3-4 times a week.
