Millie + Breakey & co did a great job in marketing our house, which lead to us getting the full asking price. Millie kept us updated on the progress on our buyers end every week/two weeks and was always happy to assist with a query. Even if Millie was busy with another client, a call or email would promptly follow. Her colleagues were also always happy to assist in the moment ensuring messages were correctly passed on. We would not hesitate to use Millie + Breakey & co if we were to ever move again. On a side note, a couple months before we went on the market our daughter dropped her beloved teddy(rabbit) unbeknown to us outside their branch. One of the staff kept it inside the shop and even posted on social media about it being missing. It just shows they’re not just good at sales but also decent people.

The Lettings Team are amazing and I would highly recommend Breakey & Co to any Landlord looking for a Letting Agent in the Wigan area.
