GoogleWe have used Breakey & Co for all of our rental properties. We find them to be quick to respond to all issues, all communication is clear and we feel safe knowing our properties and our tenants are being looked after well, by the team at Breakeys. We also have purchased properties with them, and again has been a professional experience. I would thoroughly recommend for both rentals and sales. DDLM Properties.

GoogleI'm currently early in the process of selling with Breakey and I am finding the staff all really supportive, friendly and informative. When questioned they are able to quickly provide me with the information I need to know and provide a really useful advice that has reassured me at every step of this process. GoogleThe house buy couldn't have gone better from beginning to end. Stress free transaction and found Louise, Emma and the team to be very warm, helpful and honest. Touchwood we won't need the services of an estate agent again for a while but wouldn't hesitate to recommend Breakey and Co to anyone!

GoogleWorst agent i have ever used. Poor communication, tells lies to buyer and sellers, untrained staff and childish in their behavior If you write a bad review of them, or complain to them, they will say that they CAN'T find the file. When they tell you that the seller is not accepting viewings, what that means is, that the seller has SACKED them, but Breakey leave the property on the Internet to Interfere / make it difficult for the seller to sell with another agent. Use your Internet to research them, researching the boss / manager / owner turned up some very Interesting things indeed Do yourselves a favor, AVOID.NegativeQuality

Contrary to the above, this file was close to hand, and we can confirm that we are delighted to waive any notice period required and enthusiastically urge you to market your property with another agent. On a positive note, we were concerned that with so many five-star reviews that people would think that we were too good to be true, so receiving a one star does at least show that the reviews we do get are genuine.

GoogleFrom a first-time buyer's standpoint, my experience with Breakey & Co has been such that I refuse to use them again even though I'm yet to buy a house. There are other estate agencies out there that treat everyone equally - sellers and buyers alike because both sides are equally important when it comes to the selling of a property. It’s a lack of respect that I was kept in the dark for a week after placing an offer on a house last Tuesday, to then be told (very abruptly) today that the vendor went with another offer, very strange considering that 2 hours before this, someone in the agency confirmed that the seller may not even know about our best and final offer as they were only advised of it in a voicemail.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Hi Anca, firstly, I am sorry you feel as though you haven't been treated fairly with your offer. I have looked into this and I can see there were a few offers on this property. We did try to contact you regarding this, but we didn't hear back. I understand this is the second property you have missed out on with ourselves, unfortunately, we do have to take the vendors lead with offers they wish to accept. Please don't lose faith in Breakey & Co. Good luck with your property search.

GoogleBreaky & Co could not have done enough for my family and I. From the very beginning they were so attentive and informative, and were able to keep us updated and 'in the know' through the entire sales process. Selling the house for someone with an illness was very difficult at times, but the staff were amazing and were able to walk us through it every step of the way, and consistently went the extra step to push things through and get the ball rolling. 10/10 across the board!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
