What a waste of time and effort. Didn’t even come out to see the house. Sent a photographer out and then copied all the info from the estate agent we purchased from. Wouldn’t recommend them to sell a dolls house. our own fault for believing their own spin. Believe they are the best so no need to try to hard, or at all. Only interested in up selling. What a waste of a couple of months

Unfortunately Alan Batt are the worst letting agents I have ever dealt with. Awful communication from the get go, the property I moved into was dirty (to the point where mould was growing on several blinds) and had broken windows etc. and when I raised this multiple times no action was taken. I had no washing machine or dishwasher for around 6 months and then was told that the house was going up for sale. Worst experience ever it made me very ill and it was obvious they didn't care about the letting side of things. As soon as I was purchasing the house they were chasing me regularly asking for updates - funny how I wasn't treated the same as a tenant. Awful.

Alan Batt Sales and Lettings - love them! So.... for those of you buying a house at the moment, you will know exactly what I am talking about.  Estate agents that don't call/email you back when the say they will, don't remember your name, who you are, let alone the property you are interested in or dare I say it, you actually try and book an appointment to view. I have dealt with pretty much every estate agent in the Wigan area and I can honestly say that Alan Batt and my dealings with Lisa have been contrary to every other experience.  As a buyer she (and the team) have been amazingly supportive, thoroughly communicative and have rebuilt my trust in the process.  For those selling, I would highly recommend using them, as I think their approach swayed my decision on which property to purchase.

We decided to put our house on the market with Alan Batt Estate Agents as Alan has a reputable name within the business. We was not let down, I can’t thank the staff enough for all they did for us, especially Klaire. Klaire was so helpful and professional from start to finish. Within 24 hours of our house officially being on the market we had a viewing and accepted an offer. The condition of the sale from our then buyers asked for no further viewings and we meet there request. We was so happy, but selling and buying a house don’t always go to plan. The buyer had a change of circumstances and our house was then back on the market. Klaire contacted us immediately and assured us that she will contact all those who had shown interest in the house whilst the previous offer was accepted. Klaire did just that, the reserve list was a success, again within 24 hours the house was sold stc. We never needed to contact the office for an update, Klaire was brilliant and her customer service skills shone. I would highly recommend Alan Batt and his team, special thanks to Klaire, your a star!

I recently spotted an advertisement online for a property valuation from Alan Batt and decided to enquire. it gave me a quick computer algorithm and then followed up with the offer of a more personalised valuation if I gave further details and photographs etc. I completed the details and quickly received a text message to let me know someone would get back to me within 24 hours. In no time at all I had been contacted but there was no pushy salesman on the end of the phone. Quite the opposite, I received a nice text asking if I didnt mind them calling sometime to discuss. I agreed and chatted to Alan about my valuation, the current market and things in general. At no point was I pressured and this meant a lot to me. He said he would leave me to think things over and if I was happy he would text again in a few days which he did. I was made up with the valuation and all the details I received as well as the overall service. I decided not to sell on this occasion for my own personal reasons but when I do I would contact Alan Batt in a heartbeat! Can't recommend them enough.
