We had great support when selling my house, especially from Klaire Whiteside. The viewings were carried out well with friendly staff. During the selling process we found that we got more information through Klaire than any other source, including my solicitor. I’ve moved out of the area, so can’t use their services again, but I would if I could. Out of three estate agents I used to sell my house, I was pleased that Alan Batts were the ones to sell through.

Alan and his team have just sold the 3rd house for us. Again, always going above and beyond expectations. Alan offers relevant and accurate advice before selling. No hidden agendas. You know what you are going to get for your money. The photographer did an exceptional job and we had several over the asking price offers within a weekend of having our house on the market. Then we get to deal with Klaire and the team who are absolutely brilliant and communication is often and always pleasant. If you ever question why you’d use a traditional agent then I suggest you speak to these guys (Wigan Only). 5* service every time. Thank You!

The reason I am giving this 5 star review is because of the service they use - Complete ASAP and in particular, Ashleigh. She was the most helpful throughout the whole process and kept me informed throughout. Answered all enquiries promptly and was just made the whole process better. I also had an app that was updated reguarly keeping me in the loop. I knew much more about my purchase than my sale which was with a different estate agents.

Very helpful throughout a sale which was complicated by a withdrawn offer and a long probate application. Alan gave a realistic valuation and good advice about pricing which meant plenty of viewings. Good photos and particulars clearly helped. Jane kept us informed about offers and worked hard to get us the best price. Charges were competitive. I'd thoroughly recommend them, and we're seeing more and more sold boards with Alan Batt as the agent.

I've been very impressed by this company. We've sold through them and now we're buying through them and Ive always found them good. On the sales side, we found them to be upbeat and enthusiastic, whilst at the same time honest. They weren't just saying what they thought we might want to hear - but had the right approach to sell a house. The photographer they used is superb and definitely showed the house to its best advantage.
