GoogleMade an enquiry about property as had sold property via another agent. Really good conversations with the excellent Laura Conroy and Kelly Docherty, not to be on this occasion but a worthwhile exercise. Also must mention valuer Graeme Nicholson who gave great appraisal and spot on valuation of our property, we sold with another agent because of our long time loyalty to them, but it was no fault of Graeme who is excellent.

GoogleI sold my house through sarah mains, would definitely recommend as their professional and get the job done right. As you get though the different stages of the sale you deal with different people and they were all as helpful as each other, however I would like to pass my thanks to Jane toberty and Donna bell who did go that extra mile to keep the sale stress free.

GoogleAwful customer service I am looking to buy an investment property in Whickham to add to my portfolio and have e mailed and phoned no response at all.My brother in law is trying to rent a property from them and has not heard a thing!!! Over a month now..... I would avoid if selling and avoid them if you are a landlord looking for a professional service go somewhere else.

GoogleSo glad I chose to both sell and buy through Sarah Mains. Everyone I spoke to throughout the process was so helpful. Really communicative and I was kept in the loop the full way through. After my initial buyer dropped out just before completion, I had accepted a new offer on the property within a week because of their efforts so I didn’t lose the home I was in the process of buying because of this. Cant recommend them enough!
