Received an amazing service from Sarah mains especially from Donna! There was allot of hiccups with the sale due to solicitors but Donna kept reassuring, chasing up, checking up and just kept me in the loop every step of the way of a long dragging 7 month sale. Five stars is not enough. In an awful housing market, Kelly who deals with offers became like a friend (because we had offered on so many houses….) she was always warm, kind and so helpful. When we eventually had an offer accepted we dealt with Donna. Sarah Mains wasn’t our estate agent, but the estate agent of the lady we were buying from, so there was no need for Donna to go above and beyond for us, but she did, all the time. With difficult solicitors, Donna was an absolute god send, none of my daily (sometimes multiple times daily) phone calls were ever met with anything but loveliness and professionalism. It has been six months of stress and sleepless night that would have been a hundred times worse without Sarah Mains and their amazing team.
