ConsiderIng that we are living in the US in the Northwest and unfamiliar with the UK processes, they are to be doubly lauded for their patience and attentiveness. They used local knowledge and expertise in marketing properties to produce a very attractive brochure for the property with some imaginative touches! They are very approachable and proactive, and made recommendations which helped to get almost 20 potential buyers into the property on the viewing day - resulting in a quick sale and a happy client!

I invited this Estate agent to value my property with a view to sell. However I soon found out that it was valued by Austin at £87k lower than the lowest estimate from two other agents! Clearly I never proceeded with this agent to sell my property! Clearly this agent is motivated by selling fees rather than getting the best price for their clients!
