First off ,all the staff at Austin’s are very helpful and friendly and always get back to you when requested. They have recently dealt with my sale and I have to say although it’s taken a while (not Austin’s fault) Simon the manager has been absolutely amazing at keeping communication between all the parties and has gone above and beyond to try and keep everyone happy. If you want to buy or sell I would highly recommend them.

Professional and friendly and team. Sean Austin came out for the first visit and we were instantly impressed by his enthusiasm and professionalism for selling our property. I had much more confidence using Austin’s than other estate agents we had tried and Sean had much more knowledge of selling such a property. We were very impressed by their marketing and the amount of interest we got in such a short time, all so professional. Simon took care of the viewings and kept us very well informed and up to date with progress, questions e.t.c. finding us the perfect buyer, someone who will appreciate the house, location and views as much as we have.
