GoogleSean had boundless enthusiasm-and confidence that his team could bring about the quick sale of our property. He was not wrong! The first viewers, on the first day of sale-snapped up the place.Although the sale took some time-with a chain breakage-our buyers stayed the course. During the process, Simon followed, and relayed events up and down the chain. Excellent work all around. Probably the best agents we have used, in our time since 1977! Excellent photographs and particulars too.

GoogleMy initial viewings could of been better, agent wasn’t overly helpful and came across slightly rude. However the property sold itself! I fell in love from the second i walked in. After a call with the office re the agent showing me the property all was handled. The team in the office couldn’t of been more helpful In securing an offer with the vendors. After a few conversations on price. The communication from the offer stage until exchange has been outstanding, didnt feel forgotten at all. Would highly recommend Austin’s will definitely use them again. Thankyou to everyone team member who made my first property purchase as smooth sailing and stress free.

GoogleIn this day and age, it's very hard finding a property. We've previously wasted our time with a property where the sellers weren't interested in closing the deal and the agents weren't at all proactive. Austin aren't like that at all. They were very transparent from the beginning and when the sale process was stalling due to solicitors being slow, Austin were constantly enquiring which helped us move the process faster. They are the go-getters you need in this market and I can't recommend them enough.

Very knowledgable agents (Shaun and Mike- I hope that’s correct!) we’re able to answer our questions when viewing the property with confidence! Simon, the branch manager was amazing at getting back to us. Whenever we sent a query, we would get a reply within the hour.

GoogleSimon and all the team at Austins did a great job on our behalf. We were up against a deadline and the threat of our buyer withdrawing due to unacceptable delays that were outside our control. I think it was due to them putting pressure on the various solicitors involved, that we managed to complete at the last hour. We are grateful to them for doing an excellent job and would recommend them wholeheartedly. Thank you for getting our sale over the line!

GoogleFrom the very start when Sean came to discuss the valuation of the property and the process of sale that he advised using, the whole process has been very clear and well managed. Nothing seemed too much trouble for the team (Mike, Simon and Lisa) in the office and I was impressed to see, for the first time ever from an agent, correspondence which was progress chasing the solicitors on both sides. I believe they set a new standard for how an estate agency should operate and support their client. Well done to the Austin team, I highly recommend you.

During that period, no other estate agent had given us any sort of personal touch. Austins, and in particular, Mark Cornell really took an interest in us. He gave us his time, was very respectful and sincere, and really cared about helping us find our ideal property. We finally achieved our goal, through Austins.
