Throughout the sale process they have continued to support sale progress including actively rescuing the chain after it collapsed. From our first evaluation visit when Mike ran through the process of getting our house on the market to completion on 1st March, Austin has provided a comprehensive, informative service throughout. All of the team kept us regularly posted on events and gave useful and honest advice when key decisions needed to be made. We achieved a good price on our property and the fees were very reasonable, providing good value. An excellent locally based firm, we highly recommend them.

We have just exchanged on our 3rd investment property with Austins. They are a class apart and will stay with the buyer and seller through the whole process through to completion. Sean, Simon and Team respond almost immediately to issues that may arise and having bought and sold many property’s over the years with many agents I can really stress that these guys are leagues ahead of the completion for thier service. Would give 6 stars if I could.
