GoogleI am very pleased with the service at Austins, they were the most enthusiastic to get my business and they were true to their word and sold my house within 8 weeks at very near the asking price over a difficult period. I found that my personal contact at the agency to be honest and on the case with regular updates even with no news.

GoogleAustin handled a recent property purchase for my family and I. They are a friendly team, and didn't fail to bear us in mind and keep us in the loop about houses that met our criteria coming up for sale. I am "never moving house again" but if we do, I would be happy to appoint Austin again to handle buying/selling.

Our property was sold within days of going onto the market, the property description on their website was excellent. We were kept informed at every stage of the process. Our house move has had many many hiccoughs along the way, but Austin's have always been great at communicating and I've always had faith in their word. Very professional, but friendly too. Thank you Mr Withey, we thank you wholeheartedly for taking the time to say that you thought we gave you a great service as a leading Weymouth Estate Agent. We sincerely try very hard to deliver the very best customer service as we know that selling and buying property can be made harder if your Estate Agents are not giving you their full attention. We hope things worked out for your family and we would welcome you back anytime.

FacebookI found Austins to be friendly, efficient and communicative. Our first estate agents failed to sell the house over the space of 3 months, however, Austins secured an offer in less than 2 weeks! They were also a great help in nudging the sale along and pushed the solicitors when required. I would certainly recommend them.
