They cut through the fog generated by various parties in the process and keep everyone up to date of what's happening. Everyone in the office a pleasure to deal with.. Couldn’t thank the team enough at Austin’s. From the valuation of my elderly parents bungalow, to finding a buyer and completing on the sale all within 5 weeks. The communication was excellent. The service was highly professional but extremely friendly all at the same time. The team went above and beyond. Many thanks once again, I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling.

They use local knowledge and expertise in marketing properties in the area, backed up with very attractive brochures to generate interest. They are approachable and proactive, and got around 20 potential buyers into our property on the viewing day - resulting in a quick sale and big smiles all round!
