Margaret Heath at Jackson-Stops Wimbledon

I would like to commend Margaret Heath, Senior Property Manager, who for 25 years has looked after my flat in Wimbledon which has always been rented out through Jackson-Stops. Over the many years it has always been a pleasure to speak to Margaret who is very helpful and pleasant and has a great deal of experience and knowledge of matters relating to property repairs and maintenance. I rarely get involved with running the flat as Margaret does the job so well and I know the flat is in good hands which is fortunate because I currently live far away. Margaret was instrumental in arranging occasional major works such as a full renovation, redecorations and a boiler installation. I am grateful to Jackson-Stops and especially Margaret Heath for making property rental a rather trouble free experience for me.Andrew Medwid

Excellent property management

Jackson Stops (and it’s predecessor) has been managing our rental property for 40 years. Margaret Heath has been there almost all that time as our property manager. As we live overseas it is essential that we have reliable, efficient and comprehensive oversight of our property. Margaret has provided excellent service. She responds quickly to queries, keeps a close eye on the property and establishes a good rapport with tenants. She is an asset to the company and deserves the highest regard.

Brilliant Property Management

Margaret Heath of Jackson Stops Wimbledon's Property Management team is the best property manager I have ever come across. She is brilliant and it is why have been a landlord client of that office for many year's. I was introduced to her and the team by a local well known competitor who openly acknowledged that Margaret was much better than their own inhouse team. How right they were. Rosie was recommended to me by a friend who assured me to look no where else, after agreeing to see what she could offer I can see why she came so highly recommended. I was looking for a flat in Weybridge and, whilst this search never came to fruition, Jackson Stops Weybridge were extremely helpful: Of particular note was the efficiency and professionalism of Veronika in the Weybridge office. At all times she was professional, courteous, and communicative. Her promptness of replies and responses to my queries was exemplary. When it transpired my plans altered and I was no longer seeking a property in that area, and had to pull out of an agreement, Veronika was most understanding and dealt with the process sensitively and professionally. I would highly recommend John and Sunny at Jacksons -Stops. We were originally with another agent and then moved to them and John was immediately on the case and quickly found us a buyer. Our experience with Jackson Stops Weybridge was fabulous. We instructed them to sell our home in January after a meeting with John Williams. He was easy going, honest and direct about what he thought could be achieved and was happy to explain the market currently. We had 3 other local agencies in the Walton area but John was far superior in terms of approach and the confidence he inspired in us. Justine Davies oversaw most of our showings and as our main agent she was incredibly diligent and reported back on any level of interest the showings garnered. Everyone at the Jackson Stops office had complete knowledge of our sale and we are extremely satisfied with the outcome. We also enjoyed their help on finding our purchase after losing confidence in a purchase through another agent. Why use anyone else?

We bought our home in Dullingham via Jackson-Stops 5 years ago. They were so professional and a pleasure to work with then, that when we decided to sell it earlier this year we had no hesitation in using them again. From the moment they took our instruction they were first class in keeping us informed, not just from what was going on, but also liaising with our buyers, our solicitors and our purchase in keeping everyone on the same page. Every time we phoned up, no matter who we spoke to, everyone always knew everything about our file. I would, however, like to say a special mention to Samantha, who not only went out of her way to make sure that everything went through as smoothly and stress-free as possible, even on her days off, but the fact that she took time out in looking after us. She was always available if ever we needed help with anything, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Unfortunately though, since we've sold, I do miss our morning update chats on the way to work! Thank you for making it happen.

Outstanding, no nonsense service from John and his team. We were on with 2 agents but 12 weeks from offer to exchange and 15 weeks in total from first meeting, it’s all done. John did exactly what he said he would and secured a buyer in 3 weeks, pushed matters through to exchange within the agreed time frame and communicated with us constantly. I could not have managed to purchase my home in Newmarket if it wasn't for Lottie at the Newmarket high street location. She did more than what was asked of her and she was very responsive on her emails. With the help of my cousins and Lottie I purchased the property site unseen. Something I have never done.
