Oliver Day. What a champion & legend. Oliver has guided us over the last few months in our search for a home in the UK. He has always been open, honest, attentive and accommodating (given our schedules). We ended up buying another property (listed with another agent) but Oliver was happy to share his thoughts despite it meaning he had one less buyer for his clients - his actions alone earn him a gold star in our books. Again, a true legend and champion. If we were to sell, I'd call Oliver first.

Jackson-Stopps did an excellent job for us selling a flat in Weybridge. Two things marked them out from other Estate Agents. The first was when we lost our purchaser, JS were very pro-active in finding a new buyer. The second was a strong grasp of current but fast-moving leasehold law and willingness to engage with solicitors that kept our sale on track. Many thanks to Justine, Sunni and Tim. JS are not the cheapest Estate Agents in Weybridge but I would not go anywhere else in the future. Five stars!

I identified a very appealing Garden Flat with off street parking to rent through Jackson-Stops and contacted them immediately. I was given a call back and taken through details of the property and a 1:1 inspection was secured for the next day. I applied immediately. From the first point of contact to being presented the keys for occupation, the whole team exhibited total professionalism, no unnecessary waiting or faffing about. In particular Josh & Joe were a dream team that "made it happen".

Karl at the Lancashire branch was fantastic . Karl went above and beyond to ensure the whole process went as smoothly as it could have.
