Pimlico flat sale

We recently sold our flat on Sutherland Street through the Pimlico office and would highly recommend the team there. Their local knowledge, expertise and advice throughout the sales process was extremely helpful and saved valuable time and expense. Decent Letting Agent.

Everything went well and communication was good. They were also helpful when we wanted a second viewing. The downside was our landlord was hounded during the referencing process, even when we were promised they would not be contacted if we allowed the open banking. This resulted in our landlord discovering we’re leaving before we had a chance to tell them. Aside from that, it was a pleasant experience. We dealt with Eloisa in the Weybridge office and Loren for any letting problems - both are engaging and are fast to respond.

The Jackson-Stops (JS) Reigate office recently acted on both our sale and purchase. Their service was outstanding and we cannot speak highly enough of the entire team.JS provided unwavering support throughout what was a protracted conveyancing process. Chris was our main point of contact and was tireless in guiding us through every stage. We are also hugely grateful to the rest of the team, Louise, Tim and Andrea, and particularly to Pip for his advice and support throughout. I recently had a challenging experience with Jackson Stops Agency regarding necessary repairs to my flat that required me to vacate temporarily. Initially, my attempt to address the issue was frustrating. When I called the agency, I was met with an unhelpful and hurried response from a staff member who informed me that the rental team was in a meeting. She didn't allow me to explain my situation and instead provided me with the email address of someone who was on annual leave, which added to my anxiety and frustration.However, my experience took a turn for the better when I spoke with Jess Lynagh. Jess was incredibly kind and understanding. She listened to my concerns attentively and assured me that she would take care of the situation. Charlie Southall at Jackson Stops agency has been dealing with myself and my friend during our move. We both moved from a different area and this has been our first time renting a place of our own. Charlie has been patient and super proactive helping answer any questions we have had, chasing up documents for us, and also just being really friendly and easy to contact. Don't Hesitate To Use Jackson-Stops

From us finding a house we liked to making an offer, the agent - Samantha, was always approachable and helpful. Samantha monitored the selling process diligently giving us constant updates when there were delays and negotiating with parties when there were was a hold up. Unexpectedly, the first sale was withdrawn after a protracted period and Samantha delivered the unwelcome news sensitively and then went out of her way to find suitable alternatives. Samantha was very caring and diplomatic when dealing with some of the questions I posed and when considering a suitable alternative. All the staff that answered the phone in the Newmarket Office were extremely approachable. Our experience spanned seven months.

After being constantly approached by this agency to move over from a competitor and then finally deciding to do so, these guys did not deliver in any sense and we experienced much unprofessionalism. Not only did they not manage to get a single viewing in two months (although we were promised that there were people on the books ready), the only tactic they had up their sleeves was to drop the price of the property considerably after only 2 weeks being on the market with them! There were also other things such as having our wrong details on their system so we were receiving communication not meant for us from separate employees and also having to chase them to get a sign put up after a week or so of the property going live. I have also noticed they are still marketing our house in their office window, even though I have asked them to remove this!

Recently completed on our purchase via Jackson-Stops Weybridge. Found the whole process rather stressful, felt the agents and management within the agency to be very pushy and slightly elusive with answers to our questions regarding our sale. When things slowed down in the chain, through no fault of our own, they became rather threatening telling us the vendor would re-list the property, even though it had never been delisted throughout the whole process. Felt throughout the process, the agent Sunny was only interested in the interests of the vendor and not us as the actual people purchasing the property. They will hound you frequently for updates, rather than speaking to the Solicitors whose hands the entire Sale/Purchase tends to be in. Would avoid this agency in the future due to treatment received on this occasion.
