GoogleI’ve got a property through this letting agency and I must say they are real professionals who know what they’re doing. The process was seamless once all the documents were submitted from my end. The customer service is at par given that they answer each and every query ASAP, specially the person named Zayed who took me around the properties and handled my case without interruptions and smoothly, alongwith Radhika who was of great help. I would 10/10 recommend this agency.

GoogleYour independent estate agent has provided exceptional service throughout the painful process of selling our late parents' house. We chose Tristrams at the outset because they were independent and it showed. They put the most effort into researching trends in the neighbourhood, proposing a realistic but good sale price, and advising on essential repairs to make the house look presentable to the market. Since then, we have not looked back. We have been continually impressed by their knowledge of potential buyers, their speed at securing a sale - twice, after the first buyer pulled out for personal reasons - and their capacity to update us continually on the latest situation with our sale.

GoogleThe review was requested and posted prior to receiving an offer for a flat. Therefore the stars awarded take account of the professionalism and pleasant attitude of the consultant during an initial discussion and nothing more. I will update the review should we proceed. Additional stars will be awarded if the offer is closer to the market value and is honoured following a survey and then the final 5th star will be awarded on completion. 🌟🌟If I could I would take stars off now. Since the review I never received the offer. Don’t deal with these people.

GoogleOur consultant was Chris Atkins and he was fantastic and clearly knowledgeable in his field; he made himself available whenever we reached out with questions and was endlessly patient and reassuring, nothing was too much trouble for him; even though we decided on a different route, Chris remained the epitome of professional excellence. GoogleAvoid Avoid Avoid. Our house value £148.500. They offered £118.600 was low, but was happy with the speedy completion they offered. They became impossible to contact the 2 week before completion date. 3 days before completion date ,they called and said the survey found some damp which could cost between 5 and 7k!!! So they now can only offer £80.000!!! They wasted our time and money. They leave this till the last minute, on hoping your desperate to sell. So please do your research.as they offer people incentives to take off negative reviews. There are better companies out there. So please Avoid this company at all cost.
