GoogleMy property in St George Wharf has been managed by MyLondonHome since I bought it through them in 2010 and, specifically, by Daniel Novitt since the end of 2014. I know it's not always easy to deal with a landlords' problems, but Dan is very conscientious, responds quickly to any issues that arise and has never failed to come back to me with informed and professional advice. And that is exactly the kind of service I appreciate.

GoogleJames D has been an absolute angel, he has gone above and beyond what I expected of an estate agent. The service that he gave during the sale of my flat was exceptional from beginning to end. I would highly recommend not only My home London but especially James Duddridge if you want high end service, communication and years of experience he is the man. Thanks James Rachael F

GoogleI've been renting with MyLondon home for a year now, the quality and level of service is superb. My property manager Pritiesh is very helpful and great to work with. He has been professional and responded to my queries within a couple of hours. As a result, I am renewing for another year now due to the ease in interaction and communication, and all of the procedure is gone so smooth. I highly recommend MyLondonhome.

GoogleMyLondonHome has been the letting agent of my flat for over a year, my property manager Daniel Novitt has been such a joy to work with over this period of time. He has always been very proactive, responded to any enquiries from me within a couple of hours (sometimes within the hour), successfully managed tenant expectations, above all he has such a great attitude and amazing attention to detail. I can not praise him enough.

GoogleThank you Adam Carter for everything you have done for solving efficently and in a timely manner the problem I had when I first moved to my new Flat. Actually the address of the flat was not registered neither by the council or post office. The MyLondonHome estate agent, Adam Carter, helped me with this, and solved the problem in a very short time, always keeping me updated. Very, very professional!
Thank you again.

Sami James has been wonderful to deal with since I moved into the property in December. She is always proactive when potential problems are raised, goes above and beyond the call of duty and is always pleasant. I know that she will action anything thrown her way in a timely manner.....something which seems to be more and more rare these days.
Thank you for being so client-focused and easy to work with!

GoogleAferdita Bytyci from MyLondonHome has been very helpful in showing us some suitable properties around London over the past few weeks. We found her to possess a lot of knowledge of the local area and the properties themselves, and she is professional in her manner and time-keeping. Aferdita was able to understand our requirements and tailor the properties we were shown accordingly. We would recommend Aferdita and MyLondonHome very highly.

GoogleWe are tenants of an apartment managed by MyLondonHome. Our property manager, Molly Dunn, is great! She is very professional, extremely quick to reply to emails and has been dealing with any problems in our apartment with great speed and efficiency. We really feel like she makes a special extra effort and appreciate her help a lot, most recently with a broken dishwasher and a water leak. Thank you Molly!

GoogleHarriet Sexton is my property manager. In my 3 years of tenancy, she has been the most helpful and responsive of any of the previous managers. She recently went out of her way as the go-between for myself and my landlord to re-negotiate some terms on my lease. She very easily could have said no, and that I was stuck, and I'd be facing a real emergency! Thank you, Harriet!

Dear Katherine,
I am sorry you feel the experience you had with MyLondonHome was not satisfactory.
The UK legal system not only allows offers to be put forward to the vendor after the vendor has accepted an offer; it is actually a legal requirement. If we were to have failed to inform the vendor of the higher offer, not only would that have been completely unethical it would have also been illegal.
Buying a property in the UK is very different to in Taiwan. Here, the offer is 'subject to contract' even if you pay a holding fee. An offer is not binding until you pay the 10% deposit and exchange contracts through the solicitors, legally committing you to complete. This also protects buyers as it gives your solicitor time to check that the title paperwork is in order.
It is also worth remembering that the vendor had bought this property from the developer for £135,000 more than you offered. That is a big loss for any vendor to suffer. The offer the vendor ultimately accepted was significantly higher than the price you offered, much reducing the loss they were making. You were also given an opportunity to increase your offer further.
If you do have any further questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with me directly.

GoogleTERRIBLE.
Individual estate agents are fine. As a team, they are awful.
Maintenance issues take months (as well as a lot of your time, patience and phone calls/emails) to just be addressed NOT fixed.
Then you have to wait a few more weeks for the job to be carried out.
You're lucky if it's sorted out in one visit because their contractors are also awful.
You seem to get different contractors visiting for the same problem so you end up having to explain everything a couple of times, then one of them will say the previous job has been carried out wrong and that they'll have to undo the work then fix the problem which is more waiting.

GoogleWorst experience renting a flat. Since the beginning of the tenancy I already encountered some issues. The previous tenants left the flat one day before my flatmate and I moved in, without us having any knowledge of this, therefore they handed the flat to us as a complete and utter mess as we moved all our belongings in. We managed to come to a deal, and swift the contract to a week later. Meaning us having to move back all our belongings, so the cleaning team could clean. During the stay many things did not work at the flat, and the landlord wouldn’t take care of any broken items. Calling the agency to sort things out, the person in charge of our flat would not be around and they would tell us to deal with someone else, and of course, these people not understanding what was happening, we would have to repeat ourselves day after day. At the end of the tenancy we broke the contract, because we had a break clause. After many emails and calls DAILY, asking for our deposit and remaining rent money back, it has now been over 3 months we have left the flat and MyLondonHome people seem not be helpful at all, in specifically Marta Drag by always telling me the same excuse that she will sort things out yet no outcome week after week. I am still waiting for my money and yet nothing, same old excuses of “I will sort it out today and give you a call tomorrow”. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional. I have never experienced anything similar.

GoogleAVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!MIND YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM,TIME and MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!PLEASE BE AWARE AND STAY AWAY!!!!!
I have never had such a bad ,horrible experience with any company like this.
1.When we entered the flat it was completely dirty. We asked few times to clean it.
2. We had 3 times problem with the toilet and we could not use toilet for 2 weeks(we were using nearby cafe toilet). And now they are forcing us to pay for that!!!!!
2.It takes ages to reply the mail when you start working with them.
3. Not proficient people, they just try to cheat and steal money how much they can. Very difficult to deal with managers and etc. They always say that" I am sorry for that".and they do the same
4. And now every single day we are fighting for our deposit to get back.
PLEASE BE AWARE AND STAY AWAY!!!!!DO NOT TRUST FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS BECAUSE IT IS IMPOSSIBLE!!

GoogleTake weeks to reply to emails once you start working with them and usually don't reply before sending reminders. It has been 2 months I have left the flat and still no news from my deposit. When I arrived in London, they told me I couldn't have the flat because I hadn't paid the first rent whereas I had never been told I had to pay it before moving in. I think it is truly the least efficient company I have worked with in my life. Happy new year.

A disaster from the day my daughter signed the agreement to the day that she checked out. Totally unprofessional staff, no follow up the left hand doesn't know what the right hands doing, she was handed the flat 4 days later than agreed to, the flat was dirty and she had to organise extra professional cleaning on the day she moved in, then after she moved out it took the company weeks to finalise the check out report and she's still waiting for her deposit refund after 6 weeks. Oh and they never bother to reply to emails...

GooglePlease keep away at any cost. The service is appalling they don’t call you back they lie and they use dirty tricks. They do t deliver what they promise and if you don’t get it in writing then you’re doomed, that was our mistake in the beginning for trusting them just verbally. We had problems from the very beginning with the exchanging of contracts to follow up calls. They never admit to be wrong, the agents are rude and talk to you in a very aggressive manner. We had to wait for 5 months of continuous chasing up in order to have some repair done to the property. To cut a long story short the list of problems are enormous and their answer is always the same we tried to contact you but you were not available. All lies. Also do not believe on the fake positive reviews in here it’s all done by themselves and their friends I counted over 15 negatives reviews in here, only then the positive reviews started to pop up. DO NOT TRUST THEM. We are looking to get out ASAP, and they better not try anything funny with our deposit, like people were mentioning in here.
