Sami James has been wonderful to deal with since I moved into the property in December. She is always proactive when potential problems are raised, goes above and beyond the call of duty and is always pleasant. I know that she will action anything thrown her way in a timely manner.....something which seems to be more and more rare these days. Thank you for being so client-focused and easy to work with!

Take weeks to reply to emails once you start working with them and usually don't reply before sending reminders. It has been 2 months I have left the flat and still no news from my deposit. When I arrived in London, they told me I couldn't have the flat because I hadn't paid the first rent whereas I had never been told I had to pay it before moving in. I think it is truly the least efficient company I have worked with in my life. Happy new year.

We had some very specific requests for the property we were looking for ( 2 bed, dish washer, outside space, ...). Becky (Rebecca) made sure to listen and really picked out the properties that ticked all the boxes. She was extremely honest on the properties we enquired about and made sure we didn't lose time on the ones that just weren't appropriate for our situation (cat & dog). The flats she showed us were all little jewels, In the end we didn't go for a property Becky showed us, but that was because we decided to go for a totally different region than where we initially looked.

We have had a viewing for a nice flat yesterday and the property consultant was great. He was knowledgeable, welcoming and very cooperative. Definitely NOT pushy like a lot of estate agents. He was extremely polite too and very accommodating to my 4 years old son who decided to get himself into a bad mood.
