The agent who assisted me on the road to purchasing my first property was Charles Jordan. Charles was extremely professional from start to finish. We were in constant dialogue along the long and painful process I endured, through no fault of his own. He was pro-active in nature and worked closely with me when dealing with obstacles along the way. What separates Charles from the rest is his empathetic approach. Charles made me feel like he wanted me to find the most suitable property for my needs and not just trying to get a deal done. I recently sold my property in Canning Town via MyLondonHome in Feburary. An agent is only as good as when they deal with problems. Every agent can be pleasant and polite. But when it comes to dealing with maintenance or landlord/tenant issues, many agents become difficult, slow and unresponsive. Troy at MyLondonHome is an example of a property manager in an agent who deals with issues head on and gets to the bottom of them quickly and efficiently. That's great, but what sets Troy apart is the way in which he does it. Calm, professional and treating all parties with respect (including the tenants). Troy is highly skilled on the phone and exceptionally organised (polite calls and chasing where required until the issue is resolved). Having dealt with many property managers, I could safely say that Troy is probably one of the best, if not THE best I have encountered. Thank you Troy and MyLondonHome

His initial valuation was pretty accurate, and he was very proactive in maximising our chances of a sale and in getting us the best price in a slightly complicated situation with more than one potential buyer.
