GoogleMy experience with this branch has been exceptionally distressing, and I’m sharing it so others understand the seriousness of the issues I faced as a landlord. When my tenant requested an early termination, Marsh & Parsons failed to inform me entirely. Despite multiple attempts from my tenant to contact them, none of his correspondence was passed on. I only discovered what was happening by emailing him directly and reviewing the emails he had sent to the branch. This lack of transparency created significant confusion and avoidable strain for both of us at a critical point in the tenancy. What followed was even more concerning. Key correspondence relating to my landlord account was withheld, delayed, or inconsistently disclosed. Even after submitting formal Stage 1 and Stage 2 complaints, I was still not provided with all the information I am entitled to. The handling of my data-related requests felt obstructive and raised serious concerns about how communication and information were being managed. Throughout this period, the branch continued to push for an early termination that I had not agreed to, despite the terms of the AST being clear. Their inaccurate and inconsistent communication with my tenant created further tension and put the tenancy itself at risk. Instead of resolving matters, their approach made the situation increasingly unstable and difficult to navigate. This ordeal has placed a significant strain on my mental well-being. I have spent months chasing basic information, correcting misinformation, and trying to protect the tenancy from the consequences of poor communication, all issues that should never arise when you are paying an agent to act with professionalism and clarity. I strongly recommend seeking another agency. The communication failures, lack of transparency, and inconsistent handling of crucial information made the situation far more stressful and difficult than it ever needed to be.
