Paul Christian the Head of Sales at the Little Venice office has set a gold standard in modern agency. Too many people fail to appreciate the distinction between average and really great agency - depth of market knowledge, superior customer relationship skills and perceptive insight on the macro view - this is what sets Paul and the team a cut above the rest. Avoid if you value your sanity

Whether those responsible for property management at this company are comically incompetent or inhumanly cruel is anybody's guess. They have absolutely no regard for their contractual responsibilities, their tenants' safety, nor the state of their clients' properties. If you're a landlord who values their property stay well clear. If you're a prospective tenant who enjoys basic amenities such as running water and working electricity, avoid Mars and Parson's like the plague.
